I HADN,T BEEN ON THE COMPUTER FOR SEVERAL DAYS AND WHEN I OPENED IT TO PAY MY BILLS, IT WAS LIKE READING A FOREIGN LANGUAGE! NO CLUE ON HOW TO ACCESS MY BANK AND A LOT OF PARAGRAPHS I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND PLEASE CAN YOU RETURN THE OLDER METHOD OF HOW I PAID MY BILLS!? THIS ISN,T FAIR TO LEAVE ME STUCK LIKE THIS, ALL I'M DOING IS PRESSING TOPICS AND GETTING NOWHERE' AS YOU CAN TELL I'M NOT COMPUTER SAVVY BUT I DO NEED MY COMPUTER TO PAY MY BILLS. PLEASE HELP ME. THANK YOU

looks like i put in two accounts by mistake and it is taking up space i need to sync my iPhone and i don,t know if i remove one will it affect the other one. Or should i remove them both and start again?

I wanted to sign in to my google account but the link under logging in is towards a help centre question about clearing cache. I can in no way log in to my google account on firefox. Can someone help me with this? I cannot log into my Tangerine bank account. Browser is up to date.

 I can log in on Edge.  Tangerine says problem is with Firefox

I run G-mail in a Firefox tab. It worked perfectly until 48 hours ago. Now I cannot attach any files to my emails, and Gmail's "Help" is useless. Is there anything in FF which could be preventing this? Any clues as to why GM has turned nasty?

No changes been made to my Mozilla account unless Mozilla banned me for constructive criticism yesterday. Earlier today Oct 4, 24 booted up laptop no issues. 3 hours later from cold start issue.

My version of FF 131.0 updated yesterday indicates I'm not signed in. Repeated sign-in attempts successful only to be disconnected seconds later. No issues logging into Mozilla Monitor to see progress and navigate around without disconnection. On Android 11 cell phone no issues, on Asus tablet Android 7.0 no issues. What am I doing wrong or missing? See attached screen shots and browser data.

I just swapped to a new PC and logged into my Firefox account but it keeps disconnecting me and says account is disconnected and I need to re login to connect. I re login and the issue continues again and again. Any ideas?

i've had recent cause to reset my 2017 iMac running OS 13 back to factory settings. this has cause all kinds of problems, and now i need to set up a new user account. i identified the relevant profile, and copied it to the new user account. i then opened Firefox and typed "about:profiles", and the new profile is not in the list, even though it's in ~/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles/.

i tried compressing it before copying it, but that made no difference. i've tried logging out, restarting, and switching on and off again.

so i'm stuck in between two users, one with all my data, and the other with Firefox (and possibly Thunderbird, haven't even tried that yet). this makes life unbelievably difficult.

i really need my Firefox profile back. desperately hoping someone can help.

How do i keep my work browser seperate from my home browser account. This week they got mixed up and now i only have my work firefox. I lost all my bookmarks on my home firfox.

New problem. I have correct Amazon password and sign in. I keep getting a message to sign in to Amazon but not allowed to do so. Message says “this request comes from Firefox, published by Mozilla “. This does not happen on phone but only on computer. How resolve?

I reinstalled windows on my PC. I had to password reset because I forgot it and then it made my login back on my phone. I go through the login process on my phone and I first get my Email verification then I get my Auth app and it tells me it was logged in, but doesn't actually log me in. It does this both on my phone and PC now so I am trying to get logged in on my phone to be able to bring my bookmarks over.
