I wanted to report that after signing in to get help I received an authorization code email and in it the wrong Windows version is listed. Although the computer is running Windows 11 25H2 Pro, in the email it reported it was Windows 10. See first uploaded image. I noticed that in the Shared Data, it also lists the OS as Windows 10.

Interestingly, after clicking on Show Details below, It does list the OS as Windows 11. See second uploaded image. Also see search results concerning this at: Search results for Mozilla reporting wrong Windows version

your device identification does not tell me which devices you are actually identifying. You identify 4/5 devices, but I only have 2. - a new Nimo laptop (Rdn-Can68) and another relatively new Acer Nitro 50 desktop. Not sure what tag you have given for it. Previous systems failed and are gone. Some clarification would be nice!

I had once used my computer for my husband when his was down. Now when I'm in my computer in a web site, an example send a recipe to myself, when it comes in my email it comes from his account not mine. I've went on to his unit made sure my computer was not signed on using his account. I think it's coming thru Google but I can't figure what where & what to do about it. I attached an image showing the first account that comes up when going to google. I can go up to change the account to mine. But if I'm in site then send something it still shows his account & any response goes back to him not me. This causes much confusion as you can imagine. Is there a way to make this stop?

Can't download Mozilla VPN app to 3rd PC. . Have Mozilla VPN on 2 of 3 PC's. I Have allowed vpn app to download thru defender firewall. Download App stops 3/4 of way thru opening. I signed out of vpn service, in connected services, in hope re-installing would help with issue. Now service is missing from list, adding to my initial problem. How do I restore service and fix download problem. Syncing not option as other 2 pc's have never been synced and work fine! Suggestions??

how do I cbange my secondary email to being my primary email for signing in and receiving messages from you. I rarely if ever use the fastmail email account. thanks, Leigh Scheele [edited from public] @gmail.com
