I wanted to pay a bill and got this:

Sure!!, let me call them and tell them to fix their certificate! Luckily I have Chrome, and I used Chrome with no problem to pay my damn bill!

In addition to this stupidity, every single time I log onto a website I have to turn off the tracking shield because if I don't, the website does not work. I disabled this in settings, but it just comes right back again. I don't care about a site on which I have to pay a bill tracking me or not. Firefox is becoming so unusable, I may as well just use Chrome from now on. What the hell happened to the browser I have been using for almost two decades???

Got online this morning, and Firefox "upgraded" to a newer version. Now, I have no home page, no bookmarks, no history, etc. This happened several "updates ago, a few years ago, if memory serves. How do I get all those back? Last time, they apparently sent out a "fix". Thanks,

I have had Firefox for years, and now it is seriously messing up. Firstly, when i open it up as usual, it opens for a second, then vanishes. Secondly, my settings are set for Firefox to restore my previous pages, but it does not anymore. Thirdly, my task manager is showing that there are 12 Firefox windows already open, ( which you can see by the attachment). Can anyone help in this matter please? Please note also that i am a basic computer user, so any help offered would have to be as basic as possible. Thank you.

Hello Community, I want to play GSN Games on Firefox, but I keep getting this Unable to Load Your Lobby and says to contact customer service on GSN. I have done that and was told that there is no problem on their end, and to contact Firefox. I am sending you a screenshot of my problem. Please advise! Malcolm.

Have a problem to use Mozilla / Firefox as my main browser for all email and web browsing or all activities. Tried to go into "setting" to "recall the browser" but unsuccessful

Firefox is unable to send the request at the startup, meaning it's just keep showing loading... and then opens the webpage after a couple of minutes. PC and the internet connection is fine. What could be the issue?

what changed. I have been a staunch Firefox fan for many years. now it wont work for just the one app? did all the usual things cookies, cache, ect. it works for a couple hours at most then goes right back to useless.

When using the the web browser, I used to be able to click on a link such as a vcard and it would automatically open outlook. Now it wants to save it to my disc. what is the setting for this. the same goes for a link that would open excel automatically but again it wants to save it first.

This problem just started today. I am very angry. what is going on with Firefox? Websites are filled to the brim with annoying ad's. and you tube videos are constantly interrupted with ad's!!!!! What is with all the ad's? This problem has not existed until today. Please STOP this! And, No, I can not just wait a few seconds then click on "skip ads" because I am looking at videos on a computer screen while sitting away from the computer in a chair so constantly having to get up, walk to the computer, click on "skip ads", walk back to my chair is an annoyance! Just stop with all the ads!
