При нажатии на ссылки некоторых сайтов выходит страница с адресом, но содержимое пустое либо белый экран окна, либо черный, в зависимости от сайта, ничего не смогла понять, другие сайты открываются отлично. Например notion открывает черной страницей, мой газ https://мойгаз.смородина.онлайн/ открывает белым, mail.ru открывает но дальше все письма внутри начинает открывать чистыми вкладками. И это происходит не зависимо от того включен VPN или нет, загружает одинаково, произошло сегодня после перезагрузки компьютера. Сайты рабочие, проверено с этого же компьютера но другими браузерами. Как решить проблему? Это малая часть сайтов которые не работают.

With dailyexpress.co.uk using Firefox there are two pop ups. One is breaking news on each page using right links and the other is a subscribe to read any of the site, which is recent but prevents reading the site. This does not happen using Microsoft Edge.

After the last update, I have lost all of my bookmarks!! Why? I am really upset about this. Least of all, this is not acceptable. I had some really important websites in my saved bookmarks that I needed, now I am at square-one. I am not a happy camper. Leave our settings alone.....!! Now, is there any way to get our bookmarks back? What do we do? I really need help - any help, please...... Thank you.

Hi Mozilla. About once a day I will try to open a page on Firefox and I will just get a blank page with a red bar at the top. Often I will get a flash of the page only for it to disappear and I just get the white with red bar. Sometimes it happens when I click a link that opens a new tab. Other times it happens when I search using the taskbar (I use the Ecosia search extension). But honestly it just seems completely random. If I copy the URL into Chrome I'm able to access the website fine. I have tried disabling ad blocker and it doesn't help.

Over the last couple of months, Firefox has automatically added Favorites to my home screen. If I delete one of these another replaces it.

Where do I go to stop this?

I get all other websites and I used to access couchmanagers.com on Firefox. But recently on about 90% of the clicks to this site I do NOT receive the "Current Auction" and "Chat" pages. What can I do to resolve this issue other than use another Browser. This site works fine on my Fire Tablet and everyone else computers and tablets.

The most recent update has caused an issue with LinkedIn. The problem only occurs with Firefox, not with Chrome or Edge. Do you know what it is? How to fix it? The profile photos are being overwritten with the name of the person and title.

In Firefox (up to date yes) when I embed a YT video to the forums I use, it comes up with an YouTube Configuration Error 153.

How do I fis this? YT embedded on Chrome & Brave etc play perfectly, but Mozilla always sends me to YouTube itself.

Po aktualizacji Firefoxa do wersji 147.0.3 (64 bity) nie mam dostępu do haseł zapisanych przez lata. To już drugi taki przypadek, a pierwszy naprawił się po nowej aktualizacji. To cyfrowa inteligencja rządzi Firefoxem?

My firefox broswer is starting super slow since the last update. I am on a windows 10 lap top running McAfee anti virus software.

In my task manager there are multiple firefox icons running. See the attached screen shots.

I copied one of the crash report into the note section below.

If any one know show to correct this slow start up pleas let me know.

Beginning last night, none of my bookmarks worked. Also the icons on the toolbar are all different (sort of a globe in white outline with a label of the site). My browser indicates it is current.

Why can't Firefox open .mht email extensions within its default browser? It has never done so to my knowledge. They always point to Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge.

Often an email may not display images correctly and the ability to open them in a web browser is offered, "If there are problems with how this message is displayed, click here to view it in a web browser." This is certainly a development addition when people view their Gmail from Firefox or use Outlook. Not everybody uses APPS. People who don't want Microsoft Edge watching every move they make have made effective permanent changes in removing the deep embedded PUP by Microsoft.

I can submit posts on X using Chrome, but Firefox, for some reason, has cut off the portion of the posting box that contains the submit button and other edit features. It simply vanished as of March 10 2026.

I cleared cache and cookies to no avail. I have the latest Firefox version. 148.0 64 bit. Windows 11 operating system.

I use Firefox and Chrome to access Jigsaw Planet. Firefox will not let me move a puzzle from one album to another. Screen turns gray. It will also not let me change to full-screen. Screen turns black. I have no problem doing either in Chrome. Dell Desktop PC - Windows 11
