I am signed in on all my devices. Yet nothing has synced since October 2025. So none of the books marks from my laptop display on my desktop in bookmark folder. The folders don't even match what is on my laptop. How do I fix and how do I prevent in the future?

I'm unable to find the sync bookmarks,

I'm trying for a long time, in my iPhone and MacBook, both Apps are the latest, using the same email and the Bookmarks do not show in any of the devises.

Can you please help me?

In the past I have had several computers synced together to keep bookmarks the same on each computer. Now I sometimes get the bookmarks but the links on the bookmarks are all changed to other sites. Everything is scrambled. How do I get a couple of my computers all syncing to other computers.

Sync is corrupting my bookmarks.

This is affecting Firefox on multiple Windows computers, and multiple Apple devices (phone and tablets).

Only partial data is available. The bookmark “tree” structure is complete, but the bookmarks are only partially populated (only about 15%, and it appears these are newer items).

I did not change/edit any bookmarks or Firefox settings. This did not occur after a Firefox or OS update (it has simultaneously affected Windows 11, Windows 10, iOS 26.2.1, and iPadOS 26.2.1 devices, Firefox 147.0.2 on the PCs, iOS 147.2.1).

One one computer I momentarily saw all the bookmarks (machine version) disappear as Firefox synced the corrupted version to that computer.

I know I can restore the bookmarks (at least temporarily, until Sync may re-corrupt them). What is causing sync to change MY information?

I tried linking my unlinked profile to my email, I made a typographical error there and when I tried to undo it, Mozilla says this profile is already linked to that email. Mind you, I have not even entered a password or verified that email address yet. I cannot even remove that email from the profile now, even if I do and try to re-sign, the accounts page says I am already synced to the typo email.

Description: Multiple prior failed attempts. Clean setup, issue persists.

Android: Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 (SM-X200), Firefox 147.0.2 (~1500 bookmarks) - Old account deleted, cache cleared, restart. New account + Sync enabled.

Windows 11: Huawei MateBook D15, Firefox 147.0.2 - Old profile/account removed. Same new account + Sync enabled. - 30+ min wait: NO SYNC. Logs clean, Places DB verified OK.

Suspected: Android bookmarks not uploading to Sync servers. Questions: - How to verify/force upload from Android to Mozilla servers? - Tools to export/backup Android Firefox bookmarks (no HTML export)?

I have 4 macbooks and iphone w. about 10000-19000 bookmarks. Last n. I noticed what I bookmarked on 1 machine wouldn't show on another. A pop up said "your profile has reached a limit. A device can have ony one identity..make another (sic)...." I did that, and found the bookmarks from "classic" profile, WHICH I'VE HAD ABOUT 20 YEARS, weren't imported. I uninstalled, reinstalled Firefox, managed to get the bookmarks back via a desktop folder I'd made, thank god! It didn't restore the 50 passwords, and still won't accept the previous password..which is another can of worms-it actually won't let me change my p/w w.o "you may lose your personal bookkmarks passwords etc!:" Even the 32 digit code (which I had saved) is not working...and it doesn't let you get another one unless you have a p/w!!!! Is this sounding a vicious circle....I am going to not use sync or another profile, b'c I'd rather keep my personal data (bookmarks) and rightnow, I was able to 'restore' to the original profile!!

Hi, I have more than one password for Firefox. One is noted for making changes in thebrowser and use benefits that come with the broswer like the security feature that was called Mozilla Monitor that i understand in now discontinued.

The other password is noted for "just signing in." I called it the "Primary" password.

I don't know the difference anymore.

Also i am trying to sync my passwords to my old firefox. The updates were crashing my computer (Mac 11.7.10) so i dragged the app from the apps folder into the trash. Then i used Chrome to download the Firefox 115 ESR (which for some reason is labeled 140, why???) but now i can't find my passwords from the one i trashed. I am trying to synch the passwords from my other (newer) computer but it doesn't work. Do i need to sign in with the other password? Do i need to quit Firefox for the sync to take? Do i need to reboot the computer?

Здравствуйте, проблема с восстановлением моих закладок. Дело в том что я продал свой пк и купил новый. И когда установил браузер. Вошел!! В свой аккаунт где были сохранены вск мои пароли и заметки просто исчезли. Я не знаю что делать. Доступа к старому пк у меня нет. Я не понимаю почему браузер не хочет восстанавливать мои закладки и все сохраненные сайты.

Everything is gone, I have had to reinstall windows 4 times in the last week with a new PC and now all my sync data is gone...Chrome remembers everything fine and Mozilla did remember everything until this install and now its not syncing anything.

If this stuff is gone so am I.

Have tried logging in with my google account, tried logging in with Moz account, tried sync button over and over tried restarting, tried uninstalling and reinstalling and manually deleting all the folders STILL NO SYNC DATA AT ALL.......

My Firefox account is linked to both my Android phone and my Mac. However, I’ve noticed that some browsing history entries available on my Android phone do not appear on my Mac. Most likely, these visits were recorded before I connected my Firefox account to my Android device.

Both devices are running the latest version of Firefox, and sync is fully enabled. I also manually triggered a sync just a moment ago.

Could you please let me know how I can import or sync my existing browsing history from my Android phone to my Mac at this point?

Please see an example attachted. I have more like it.

I just tried to sync to my Firefox on my phone, but when it opened, an ANCIENT EMAIL ADDRESS WAS THERE, and it is not connected to the generated password I selected tonight. Can I get guidance on how to fix this dilemma? I'm also very old, so this stuff comes less quickly than to some of my friends or co-workers.

No matter what I do, the open bookmarks in my two browsers (same PC, different OS) will not sync. Most other things do. See attached image . I know I can send a single tab, but this isn't 'synching' per se. Any thoughts please?

After a few days of having no internet connection, my account was disconnected from my PC and saved passwords disappeared. After signing in to my account again and syncing, lost passwords were not recovered. I need help to recover them.

I bought a new PC and when I try to sync to the browser I don't receive the confirmation code by email (yahoo). I saved the address in my contacts, nothing. The problem has persisted for more than a month. What can be done? Thanks

They [rimary password quit woking so changed it in mozzzila account which I'm logged into the browser, but it will not allow me to change the primary password in the browser or access a lot of stuff, . I updated the Password in the Mozzilla account, and since doing that the browser fails to sync.

I cannot figure out how to fix this in a lenovo laptop running stupid windows 11

I'm on week 3 of attempting to import my firefox data I'm stuck on the already synced to profile create another. I am unaware that I have any profile at all and I don't want any profiles. Is there any means at all of retrieving my passwords and bookmarks from my old laptop without having to deal with this crap?

One time after renstall firefox i lost my password... . they didnt sync. Today i lost my recent tab. Today i opened firefox and a saw a lot of tat without information that they were like blank page. I thought Firefox had crashed and I closed it and opened it again. And I saw Firefox open without any tab. In the history section, I followed the last Windows and tabs, but it was a one site, not all my tabs. What are you doing in Firefox? Damage to your User Information?
