I have been on 2 weekis holiday and did not take my computer. I* have returned and keep getting a message from Firefox saying Firefox is installing componenents, try later. Well I have tried later and it's exactly the same. Can you please do whatever you need to do to correct this problem Thank you in advance Of course All od the Forums are telling me to get rid of Mozilla Firefox

Firefox has disabled the government website in South Africa on this laptop. The address is gov.za. I need this disablement to be undone urgently because I am not able to log in to the SA revenue services website to comply with my tax obligations. The disablement may have very terrible consequences for me. Please enable it forthwith. If I am not able to log into gov.za any longer then I cannot stay with Firefox.

Up until about six weeks ago, I could access a provider statement through a function on USAA.com bill pay service. I now see an empty pop up screen or an error message that the page is not available. I tried suspending use of the VPN without success, then tried another browser (Chrome) and the function is available. Is this a settings issue or something else? My preference is to use Firefox as a browser.

Hey, I'm trying to port a game save file to and the game but when i access the save file it shows a Firefox logo on the left and when i try to port the file, it never works even though i follow all the instructions. Can anyone tell me how to change the symbol back to the normal white blank one please as i think that that is making it not work.

My page loads very slowly and awkwardly with the wrong fonts. Only several seconds later it manage to change to the correct fonts. This creates a really bad user experience.

How can I fix this? I have already cleared cache, but the issue seems to be present still. When I tried to make the page builder company test it on their end, they also see the issue still, and they told me to reach out here to Mozilla for a solution, as it loads properly on other browers like Chrome, Safari, Edge and Opera.

Metamask extension is not properly loading- opening the extension that should lead to the PW/login screen only shows a loading/spinning wheel with the MM-Fox logo. Any idea why this might be happening and any solutions would be immensely appreciated. Using the latest version. have tried toggling ext on/off, and other simple troubleshoot. For context. there is not the same issue on other browsers, even on Firefox on other PC. Could this be related to a PC component? Have experienced frequent tab crashes lately after upgrading my CPU- garbage 14th gen intel that's crashed a few times. what PC settings could be playing a role? BIOS settings default- no overclock or other mod. I have (2) firefox's on my pc- one downloaded from Mozilla, and the other from MSFT app store. MSFT app has no issues and functions fine. No extension is being added in the mozilla browser. It just gets stuck at the download step, and processing keeps happening at the same point. Can you guide me on what the issue might be and how i can resolve this issue? Or is this browser just bad, and I should switch to another one?
