I was looking for a way to reset Firefox to bring back the previous print preview. In several places the person offering an answer suggests sending feedback to Mozilla re the changes, but... no link or place to send feedback.

My desktop and laptop have only just been updated to the latest version with very bright white backgrounds, really large firefox icon on home page, less definition between tabs, a lighter weight font on menus, strange layout on the hamburger menu, and a reset to a google-like print window.

I tried on my desktop to change the bright white background using the colors option. Once I found the settings to tone down the brightness to a very pale grey for the home page and results page, every page I went to had changed fonts and lost colors.

Print preview was an awesome tool, many web pages are set up in such a way that when it is printed the fonts are huge, and the web page header prints over the text of the printout. On the worst panels of links to other stories and ads also print. Your preview allowed me to zoom in/out easily and the simplified version was brilliant.

The tabs are grey on grey with no definite edge, and they just keep shrinking showing less and less of the tab name, instead of hiding extra tabs of the edges. I have 10-20 tabs open on a regular basis often in 2 separate windows and would much rather have a tab label that IDs the page than having to click on each page.

Font - the menu font is now a small fine sans serif that is difficult to read.

Hamburger menu - Why is new tab, find in page, save page as, and print here? In particular why are they at the top of the menu? Please move the new tab panel and print panel to the bottom, the Bookmarks panel to the top and put the Settings panel immediately below it. It would also help if you added a cog icon to the settings panel.

Hi. I'm having some issues to render CSS effects and videos after last update (version 91.4.1esr). Before that update everything was pretty smooth, but since the update the browser is getting very slow to render "everything that moves" on the screen. The movements are poor on CSS or videos, its like it was exceeding in any video/memory resources, get very slow and nothing smooth.

My system: - Linux Debian 11 (fully updated) 64bits; - Processor: Xeon 2670-v3; - Ram: 32GB; - Graphics: Quadro 2000; - Graphics Driver: official Nvidia 390.144 x86 with 32bits support downloaded by Nvidia's site.

Any hints on how can I solve this?

I have confirmed logging onto Firefox Sync does indeed break Netflix for me. I just was not so sure until now...

Details: I've gone a couple weeks without syncing and had no issues with any websites; watched lots of Netflix too.

After today's upgrade to FF97, I decided to risk it and log back onto Sync. Right away Netflix was broken in its tab, with "Pardon the Interruption. This title is not available to be watched instantly. Please try another title. -1044" and then "Error Code F7121 - 1331"

I have received this error code and more other similar ones from Netflix back a few weeks ago when I was actively troubleshooting this glitch. None of the fixes worked, and the ones that involved sifting through many dozens of about:config settings were avoided.

Thing is, back then, I made no changes I can surely recall, except upgrading to FF 96. OK, maybe some others...

And what's happening to my Netflix tab is not happening to any other tabs/sites, now or before; just Netflix.

I'm hoping someone here has seen this same thing happen and can shed some light on why my FF synced login breaks Netflix but when I'm not logged in, Netflix is ok.

The Librewolf browser has a policies.json file here, C:\Program Files\LibreWolf\distribution Can the same be done with Firefox?

Also woondering, i telemetry is set to off in policies.json does changing telemetry setting in about:config have any effect?

An error occurred during a connection to www.newyorker.com. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

It looks like firefox is set up to accept cookies. Where do we need to make the change?

Every time i try to log into pocket i get a error message "403". This just started earlier today 1-2-2022. The image upload / attach feature is not working either, it just loops.

Hello For past 2 days when I try to download from any website the save as dialog appears but then it crashes firefox and I have to close firefox. I am running version 96.01 on Windows 10. Latest Nightly also installed and this problem is not on the nightly.

The images or symbols for different websites are not loading in tabs. I have reset several times. I have closed out of the widows and nothing. Is there a fix to have tab images populate normally? I attached a snip of 4 different websites all had images in 2021 and now they will not load.

I deleted most of the info on my Firefox profile, but I left logins.json. Now when I go into about:logins There are no logins, however on that file the websites, username and creation date are still there. I think I might have deleted the passwords. Is there any way I could recover them? I checked all the other profiles: all have no logins.

I want to have site-specific zoom, but enabling `privacy.resistFingerprinting` disables this. How can I re-enable site specific zoom without having to disable `privacy.resistFingerprinting`?

On Linux if I start Firefox when there is no network connection, it is then unable to connect to the internet when it later becomes available (ethernet or wifi). The only solution is to close it and restart when the connection is available. If the connection was available when Firefox started, losing it and restoring it does not cause a problem. Thunderbird has the same problem, but no other program on they system does.

network.dns.disablePrefetch does not help.

This has applied to FIrefox for many years, including the current version 97.0

my passcode was changed I did not Change it i cannot get into my laptop or change the password I went to upgrade through Firefox and I lost everything so I went in to recover and it was taking a long time to download finally my computer closed I went to open my computer and I put my password in and it says it's incorrect that I needed to reset it it gave me a hint and I don't recall that hand I've had the same password for a couple of years plus it tells me to put in a USB and my laptop cannot what does not have a port to put one in so how am I going to recover or get a new password

I can't open anything in the browser. It always says "secure connection failed" and I cannot reach anything get anywhere within the use of the browser. No matter what I do try. I have looked at a number of workarounds posted online but nothing seems to work. I need some help. I use Windows 10

How do I apply the same highlighting shown by the red arrow to the text where grey and heavy blue is used for highlighting? I find css very convoluted and it's hard for me to know what ids/parameters to use to get the desired effects. Any help appreciated.

from some time ago, my Firefox browser acts strangely. First I thought it was caused by the adblock add-on but I've remove them and again it happened just when I was about to make online payment using credit card.

my firefox version is 91.4.0esr (32bit), OS is Windows 10 Enterprise, version 20H2.

I'd like to request that the same versions of the Firefox files have the 32bt or 64bt designation in the name. When downloading directly FF Standard and FFesr for my 32bt and 64bt computers/laptops, I can't tell which is which in the download folder, and so I have to download them all over, this time waiting for each to download so I know which it is, and then rename it, and then downloading the other bt version.

    (For example: the file "Firefox Setup 91.5.1esr.exe" could be 32bt or 64bt file, both download with the same name. The same with FF Standard et al.)

It's tedious to do the renaming but I prefer to know at a glance which is which in my archive folders. . . Been doing this renaming for years. Just thought I'd finally make a request. I believe it's the same issue in the Linux and iOS 32bt and 64bt versions--they look identical in the download folder. Thank you.
