After the last update, I have lost all of my bookmarks!! Why? I am really upset about this. Least of all, this is not acceptable. I had some really important websites in my saved bookmarks that I needed, now I am at square-one. I am not a happy camper. Leave our settings alone.....!! Now, is there any way to get our bookmarks back? What do we do? I really need help - any help, please...... Thank you.

I've seen similar reports of this in the past. But I believe my case is different.

I had to reset a password tonight, requiring me to re-login to the account in Firefox. But, the tab/window would just freeze. I don't see anything immediately being blocked (ie: any DNS filter etc).

But, I CAN get it to work in Debugging mode, which suggests either there is an extension that is blocking it, or something else (some variable that is otherwise active in regular running Firefox). I just don't know which.

Has anyone else reported this and what might be the issue? I suspect uBlockOrigin (one), which I do use. But the other extensions I use are just for Youtube, IG, etc.

Hi Mozilla. About once a day I will try to open a page on Firefox and I will just get a blank page with a red bar at the top. Often I will get a flash of the page only for it to disappear and I just get the white with red bar. Sometimes it happens when I click a link that opens a new tab. Other times it happens when I search using the taskbar (I use the Ecosia search extension). But honestly it just seems completely random. If I copy the URL into Chrome I'm able to access the website fine. I have tried disabling ad blocker and it doesn't help.

Please help.

Hi, a while ago I have set my browser homepage to have links to recently visited sites and pages and I had set a background too, but a few days ago it suddenly seemed to forget about all my search history and settings for some reason, as you can see in the screenshot below. This behavior does not happen with any other part/functionality of the browser. I don't really know what could be going on, so I'm reaching out here.

The most recent update has caused an issue with LinkedIn. The problem only occurs with Firefox, not with Chrome or Edge. Do you know what it is? How to fix it? The profile photos are being overwritten with the name of the person and title.

I was using Firefox just fine during the day. My laptop switched off with Firefox still open (was simply doing sth else). When I switched my laptop back on and opened Firefox I was signed out of my account. When I signed back in all my profiles and bookmarks were gone. Is there anyway to fix this issue?

Firefox will not download files. It fails every time me I try. I refreshed Firefox, but that did not fix the problem. Downloads work every time with MS Edge. Please help. Thank you.

My firefox broswer is starting super slow since the last update. I am on a windows 10 lap top running McAfee anti virus software.

In my task manager there are multiple firefox icons running. See the attached screen shots.

I copied one of the crash report into the note section below.

If any one know show to correct this slow start up pleas let me know.

I've tried saving in an active private window, but no success. Testing in Firefox private window local programing errors. Clean-slate avoid past incorrect memory errors.

New Window slider (see screen shot ) in settings unchecks when Firefox is closed and opened. I have completed a fully uninstalled FF and completed a clean installation to check that was not the issue. It was not. It has been a few weeks now so not sure which upgrade fried it.

Scroll bar issue on some websites When accessing certain websites, the scroll bar disappears (for me, it's on the right side of the screen), and it's no longer possible to view the page content, even using the keyboard's scroll keys.
