I get a daily email from this site and suddenly nothing. I try to resolve the issue and your security settings are unintelligible. I have received emails on a daily basis for over 2 years, and now nothing.

This is unbelievably frustrating.

Hello together, A colleague has been experiencing a display problem in a web application when opening it in the Firefox browser. The error affects a selection window that opens within an editing window of the application. Normally, all selection options are displayed completely and clearly in this window. Currently, however, this selection window is not displayed correctly: The individual options are only partially visible, and the user has to navigate awkwardly within the window using a scroll bar to select a function. The following measures have already been taken without success: Reinstallation of the Firefox browser Complete reconfiguration of the Firefox user profile It is noticeable that the problem only occurs for this one user. Other colleagues who also use the same web application with Firefox see the selection window displayed correctly. Can you help us?

how do I get the house tab onto my tool bar? my lap top has it so when I close a window it goes to main Mozilla window. on my desk top there is now house to press when I leave a window it closes the home window.

I admit, I don't read about updates so I don't know when Firefox did all these "enhancements"...but I'd love to know how to turn my mouse wheel BACK into a "scroll through the page" only function. I hate it auto opening links, I hate it scrolling through tabs. I suspect it of doing other "helpful" functions...and I can't even find the right words to do a search for this. The only applicable setting I found is "autoscroll"...which is turned off in my preferences...and which the browser STILL does.

All I want is for my wheel to scroll through the page...under my control. No auto-stuff. There's no setting for this in my mouse controls, as far as I've been able to determine, and it didn't used to do this. It must be in a Firefox update. Is this even possible any longer? Or am I, after decades with Firefox, going to have to change browsers? At this point, I've had far too many important operations disrupted and even fouled by this "helpful" change.

Is it possible to sync all profiles among different devices? So they are tied to your mozilla account, then you get the option to choose which profiles to add on a different firefox browser. Mac and windows for example.

Also it would be nice to be able to change the "banner?". Basically the thing surrounding the profile image.

Hello, Having some issues with two websites that don't load correctly. Can you help me with this ? It has been going on for a while withe my car brand website configuration page so I have to use Safari for that, but today it happened with my bank website. Hey, I am trying to synchronize my mobile tabs with my desktop app. Unfortunately, this is not working. I am using the latest version of Firefox and Windows 10. Any ideas how and if I can solve this problem? Thank you in advance.

2 issues, first it asks me for my password over and over again until I am so angry I could scream! First my password but then oh surprise the password is wrong so I reset it and it asks for my recovery key so I go look for my recovery key and find it and copy then enter it and thats wrong. Then I look and I am fucking signed in any way! WHAT THE HELL! GOOGLE you make so much money and your destroying the planet with your tech so why can't you figure out this stupid shit already...COME ON!! 2nd, WHY ARE MY DOWNLOADS NOT GOING ONTO MY DOWNLOADS FOLDER! I am not a tech idiot!!! BTW I am an advanced user so if I am having a hard time it's because your software is garbage!!! Seriously I just need my downloads to download...That should be so easy!!! Same as password management...It should not be hard for you of all company's the least you could do for your users are these simple and small things! I come to Mozilla Support and at the top It's telling me windows 10 expires 10/14/2025. I don't need to know that I have windows 11. No one from Firefox to answer me directly??

I was told from a vendor I previously purchased from the insecure connection was on my end. Also on my Hotmail Acc. I experienced the same thing.

Hello I am having major problems with Firefox at the moment and have done for a while. I curently have four pages open but as you can see from the attached screen shot of my Task Manager, there are 14 Firefox processes. The usage is OTT on memory and everything else. Could you tell me why this is happening? Currently it is running in Troubleshooting mode but that is not doing anything to improve the problem. It has been known to shut my computer down, as it gets too hot. I run on Windows 10 and Bitdefender is my security. All help is gratefully received. Thanks Lisa

I have paid for a Veepn extension software for Firefox. If I go into Veepn it says I have an account and have paid for the software but the software has not been down loaded. How can I find where to down load it again? I have a Linux Mint 22.3 operating system.

A bit over a month ago, I was away from home for several weeks. When I came back, a browser that worked perfectly before became near unusable with constant and random crashes. Sometimes they occur even with no user input. I have tried troubleshooting mode, I have removed all extensions, I have tried all the fixes I found on Google, I have reinstalled the browser, I have updated all the drivers, I have done MemTest86 which was passed with flying colours and I have even installed a firefox fork (waterfox) to try and fix this all to no avail. I have no clue where to go from here, as it feels very bizarre. All help is much appreciated.
