Up to several months ago when I tried to bookmark a website or YouTube video I had previously bookmarked a dialog box would come up asking if I still wanted to bookmark the website or YouTube video. What ever happened to that feature. I really liked it. Or is it a case changing some kind of setting to turn it back on? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

for at least six months my Yahoo address can very often not be reached using the Mozilla browser and I am informed that registration is not possible at the moment and I should try again after 60 minutes. This can happen several times a day. Obviously the problem is not caused by Yahoo but by Mozilla. I have found out that my Yahoo address is reachable without any problems via Google Chrome. Shall I turn to Google Chrome as default browser after using Firefox for some 15 years?

I previously was able to access a number of websites without any issue. None of these websites were using the Cashflows payment service to process payments at that time. However, since then, I have noticed that any time a website switches to using this service, I am unable to complete payment processes from that point onwards. Sometimes, this results in my cards being blocked, however 99% of the time, I don't even get as far as entering my card information before the system fails. Failure most commonly occurs at the junction between the retailer and Cashflows on transferring from retailer's order checkout page to Cashflows' card data entry page.

Like I said, I can make payments without issue on any other website. It is just Cashflows I have problems with here in the UK on any website that has installed this system.

Cashflows says it's nothing to do with them, and blames my setup with Firefox. And the retailers concerned take Cashflows' position on this, leaving me feeling like a ping-pong ball because after all, I am able to make purchases just as normal anywhere else and I hadn't made any changes to my system/Firefox setup in any way. The only change was when Cashflows suddenly became the payment merchant.

I also find this quite concerning, as Cashflows appears to be gaining wider market ground with smaller businesses, its target market currently. I rely on the Internet for all my essential purchases due to disability, hence being able to access payment services is absolutely vital as part of that. I have always preferred to use Firefox for privacy and data security reasons, and because I find it more accessible than most other browsers (although blocking the Dragon extension has really impacted my use of the browser since, and is not at all helpful. It is far from 100% voice accessible in its current state). I do not wish to be forced to use privacy-invasive browsers such as Chrome and Edge.

I have tried all the usual, including deleting cookies, removing all the extensions, clearing out the cache, setting up a brand-new clean profile with no settings changed or extensions added, etc. None of these change the outcome. Either way I am unable to process any payment with Cashflows using Firefox.

I'd like to know if there is an explicit block on Cashflows due to any security issues that Firefox may have identified. Is there a way to find this out please? Or, is there another reason that is already known about? It's really frustrating that I can't get the retailers to take this issue seriously, nor Cashflows itself.

Above all, what is Firefox doing about these growing issues?

hi when I go to github it says Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue whereas before it worked fine but now it doesn't :/ I have watched so many tuto on yt but no one work i have clear my data i removed my antivirus and all my extensions and went into private browsing but I still get this error.

Firefox is my default browser; however, when I click on a link, MS Edge opens it instead of Firefox even thought Firefox is already opened. How can I prevent that from happening?

I just had to reinstall Firefox because It keeps trying to take over Firefox. I had to delete Cert9.db., I found in my Profile.

How would I solve this problem permanently without having to go back and troubleshoot over and over again?

Why does Firefox revert to default settings after some updates? It happens randomly, so I never know when I will suddenly lose all of my settings.

It happened again tonight on my Windows 10 laptop. I started my laptop and opened Firefox. It had done an update and displayed a screen saying "Welcome to Firefox." I lost my default home page and all of my user settings. Everything was the factory default. I have used Firefox for many years. This problem is happening more and more often.

It seems to be on all websites, I tried it on youtube and while typing this question. It started today, and I updated in hopes of fixing it but it's still happening.

Hi , I can't log on to The Times & Sunday Times site and get the error message Secure Connection Failed The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. I could log on no problem before 2 days ago now can't . I can log on no problem on Chrome , help please.

This is more of a suggestion than a question, unless there is a hidden feature that I was not able to locate.

I know that the Master password helps to make sure that my password is safe. It would be also be nice if the next release will prevent to open a website that has a "stay signed in" window.

I recently switched over to Firefox and for some reason there's just no way to adjust the volume on Twitter. It's either muted or full blast and I'd like to know how to bring back the little slider. I've tried what people posted on Reddit and neither the extension or the Tampermonkey script did anything. I don't know what else I can do.

I'm using Manjaro Linux and I place Firefox in a particular position on the screen. In the previous version, just before 122.0, Firefox would "remember" the last position on the screen. Now when it starts up, the window is in the middle of the screen and not to the top left as when it was shut down. Anyone else notice this?

Recently, Firefox has started to treat my downloads folder as if it were music instead of general items. The folder, in Windows is set as general items, so I don't know why Firefox treats it as music. How do I fix this?

I've been playing online-games on "https://www.1001spiele.de" for several years now. After the last FF update they would not word. Even the buttons under the game area are greyed out and does not work. Refreshing the page seem also useless.
