Hi, the backup files listed on the Restore menu are complete snapshots of your bookmarks for that date, and not limited to the new ones added on those dates. Do you want to physically delete the full backups from disk?

If you want to view/delete your current bookmarks added during a certain period, here are the steps for that:

Sorting Bookmarks by Date Added

First, make sure you have the Added column in your Library window (called up by Manage Bookmarks). To add a new column to the display, right-click any existing column heading and check the column on the little drop-down list.

Next, if you aren't sure which folder the bookmarks are in you can do a general search in the upper right corner (entering http will match most bookmark URLs).

Then click the Added column heading to sort by that column. This should group together the bookmarks added on a particular date so you can review and delete the ones you don't want.

Does that work on your Firefox?

No because I do not have an "Added" column on the Library window called up by "Manage Bookmarks." YES I would like to "Physically delete (permanently get rid of) "the full backups from the disc." I have yet to see a "delete" tab anywhere in this version of Firefox (92.0). I would gladly revert to an earlier version if it eliminated the current "restore bookmarks" list. How do I do it?

A recent update changed the spacing of links in my favorites folders. It would be great if you could include a spacing option for the user. I absolutely hate the double spacing. It's horrible.

Hello. I had to reinstall firefox and while i eventually managed to get my phone to sync with my computer, the browser asks for a primary password in order to see the saved logins. The problem is that i don't use a primary password, and is there any way i can get around this?

Hi, for some reason the taskbar and tabs keep disappearing. I can momentarily bring back the tabs but they go away again after a few seconds if I take the mouse away. The taskbar doesn't come back at all. I'm using windows 7. Unfortunately I tried but cannot attach or upload a screenshot of what I see.

I am currently unable to access my Prodigy.net email thru the FireFox browser. I have cleared the cache and deleted cookies and am still unable to access https://mail.yahoo.com without being redirected to currently.com. Both AT & T and Yahoo indicated that this is a Firefox issue and I need to speak with Mozilla. Please provide a telephone number that I can speak with one of your representatives ASAP to resolve this issue.

Just recently when I open my bank and check my accounts, the accounts will not open and a note at the top of the page says page is slowing down fire fox, to speed up browser stop the page, then it shows a stop button, I hit the stop button, my accounts still don't open. What is happening.

When I try to import my data from chrome for autofill it asks me to enter primary password for login but there is no window that opens where I can do so, and I am signed in as well so please explain how to use this feature.

Hi...I've been enjoying a website (in my favorites/bookmarks) in English......

HOWEVER, recently those same page/s are now displayed in a foreign language which I cannot read? Even my "sign-in" page is now unreadable to me! Possibly, on those pages, there might be a setting to adjust the language display, but, since I cannot read anything, knowing what to click on is, and will be, a mystery! Please help if you can. FF has hijacked my PDF files, i.e. opens them online by default. I have selected "open in Acrobat 9.5" in the Settings menu / Applications, but it still opens the files in the web viewer. How do I stop that short of uninstalling Mozilla? I am using Windows 7 Enterprise and this problem just started with the last FF update.

Time is passing, new versions releasing, but problem are same. Firefox 71 had a good looking colored cleartype. Fonts was clear and pretty. And new versions have a monochromatic cleartype, which makes fonts to look like sh1t. How to take back a colored cleartype? Just tell me, how. I tried many gfx.font_rendering.cleartype_params, but nothing is working.
