Hello, I recently used Firefox to either open, save, or both screenshots (using windows key) that changed the files to png. Png will not print on the printer I used so I've tried searches online, Mozilla, pc settings, but can't seem to undo, that is restore the screenshot to its original setting*. I have used an app to convert some png back to jpg but that's just one more computer hassle I don't need. *I've thought about restoring all settings to default but I couldn't begin to say what other acceptable changes I might have made.

The PC used to save as jpg or pdf but either one would work.

Yes, I have carefully followed whatever directions were given, pretty sure, anyway. This note is two hours after my first question. And, yes, I am a simple person.

I am seeking assistance with recovering my Firefox data after resetting my laptop.

Before performing the reset, I verified that I was signed into my Firefox account and believed that Firefox Sync was enabled. After reinstalling Firefox and signing back into the same account, my previous data does not appear to be available.

I have cleared my cache but I still cannot access the open pages from the task bar. Some are trying to load but don't. They also don't shut down at once when I press the x command. Some pages are working OK.

My used name and password for Well Fargo online is saved on fire fox and I can not change it on the Wells Fargo system. They have tried to help me in there system but when I put in the new user name and password it goes back to ORIGINAL user name and password.

it would be very helpful if you could add a box in passwords for notations, this way I could comment exactly what this password is for if I need to remember additional information or to add comments for myself regarding that particular site. would be very handy

I have ran into a peculiar problem where special characters from non US keyboard do not work in search. In my case it is ％ for TABS specifically (instead of english %). I wanted to correct the problem by changing 'Keyword' field in 'Search Engine' but it is read-only for browser functions. Is there a workaround or a solution I'm missing? Thanks for your help

After I key in all my passwords they disappear after a while. sometimes they last a week of two,and other times just a few days. One time it happened when fire fox did a update . Any help would be appreciated.

I do not have any of the Deprecated preference settings in use.

The error presented is -2016281112 and checking the respective settings in about:config on a synchronised device shows that the settings have not applied.

I'm having a problem with Firefox running very slowly, especially when watching YouTube videos. Videos take a long time to load, keep buffering, and sometimes get stuck while playing. The browser also feels slow overall, not just on YouTube. My internet connection seems to be working normally. I have already tried clearing all browsing history, cookies, and cache, but the issue still persists. I'm not sure if the problem is related to Firefox settings, extensions, hardware acceleration, or possibly a hardware issue with my PC.

Unable to upload camera photos stored on my laptop to Facebook and WhatsApp in last one week . I tested with images that had been successfully posted earlier, but they are also failing now. Interestingly, the very same images can be uploaded without any issue when using Chrome.
