‘I just cleared my cache (MacAir) but now my BookReport app extension suddenly won't load. I didn't change my settings, but I suspect something is awry. What should I be looking for? I already checked "permissions" on the extension.

There seems to be an issue loading certain pages since the new update to v 136.01 (64 bit). I am not technical so wouldn't be able to tell you what sort of page I am looking at. However, the following "dashboard" doesn't seem to load since the recent update:

For the past month or so, I'd say about 20% of the websites I visit using Firefox just show a blank, white screen. (See allbirds.com site image attached for example.)

1. Cleared the cache and cookies to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 2. Entered Troubleshoot Mode to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 3. Disabled all extensions to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 4. Disabled "recommended performance settings" and hardware acceleration--in combination with some of the above--to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 5. Reinstalled Firefox to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 6. Also paused/disabled VPN (Nord) and anti-virus (McAfee) to see if that made a difference. It didn't.

Any other ideas?

Good morning! Every time I open a Google Sheet, it only displays a black screen. According to what I found online, this issue is more likely related to my browser rather than the sheet itself. Can you please help. Thank you!

No idea if this is the right topic or not but I've been dealing with this frustrating issue where with some websites it just loads a blank white screen. I've tried every fix I could that I've seen on forums like this as well as on Reddit and nothing I've tried has fixed it. From launching in Safe Mode or changing things in about:config. Before finishing this post I tried launching in safe mode, so my add-ons and plugins are disabled and it still persists with websites loading in these blank white screens. I never had this issue at first and I'm sure it started to happen after an automatic update a while back.

I need this issue sorted out so I can look and compare items from shops but most of the time a website that works and I look at it elsewhere I'm dealing with this issue. No issue looking at stuff on the internet on my phone, though I do use safari instead on my phone.

Mozilla, are you doing anything to fix the performance and connectivity of Https://Bible.com ? Https://YouVersion.com ? Whenever I select to open my plans or just the Bible, it tells me to ask for your help. Isn't using Firefox much better than opening web-based applications? Hi, I've been using DuckDuckGo as a search engine for several years. Yesterday, I entered my search terms as usual, and all it showed me was a blank screen. Even searches that I did weeks ago simply come up blank. (see screenshot) When I searched in Google, it completed just fine. The same when I switched browsers (Chrome and Safari). This must be connected to a recent update either in Firefox or DuckDuckGo, but I can't seem to find information on how to fix it. Thanks for your help.

For the past few days, I have not been able to use DuckDuckGo as my search engine of choice. Anything typed in for a search results in nothing happening -- there is no processing of the search query. Yet, when I change my search engine to Google, it works normally. I prefer to have the security offered by DuckDuckGo as my search engine and would request that Firefox explore and advise on this recent defect. Thank you.

suddenly my work account at https://outlook.live.com is a completely white screen.

access to other instances of this account (Onedrive, filesharing etc) are fine. Email account works on phone, so no problem with log-in

I have re-started the browser

For over a week now yahoo finance and weather network for example will not fully load. Partial load looks normal and then constant cycling without completion. I have not made any changes at my end.

I keep seeing "Firefox can't open this page" and I'm confused why, images will load fine but some of them just don't for whatever reason? Does someone know what's going on, and if needed I can provide some more context

I have cleared cashe, history, Turn VPN off, Turn adblocker off, these were all on when it worked. Now nothing

When I do a search on Firefox nothing is being displayed - just a blank screen i.e. no results.

I've typed the exact address of some websites - not all work e.g. www.nsandi.com. Again, a blank screen.

What setting do I have to adjust on my browser or is this a wider problem with Firefox?
