It doesnt appear to be phishing email as the link points me directly to my already logged in firefox account.

Under connected services I see "Unknown" that I'm not able to sign out of.

When I try to log on to my Amazon account, I get a Windows Security "Making Sure It's You" request to enter my PIN number. But when I do that, the Amazon OTP system doesn't work. I have no idea whether the PIN request has any bearing on the non-functioning OTP system, but can I eliminate the PIN request to see if it does? I have been in contact with Amazon 4 times in the last two weeks, and each time I am told to wait 24-48 hours to see 2-step authentication disabled, but to no avail. At this point I am grasping at straws.
