Please excuse my bad english (i'm french) !

I am receiving this code: " Error 403 You are not authorised to access this content " when I log back in to a site where, until now, I have been logging in without worry for years ! What happened between this morning 8 am and now 12 pm.... for me to lose my access rights to my customer account on this site? Thank you for your help !

My laptop location in Firefox is using my former home location. But when I do the same Weather Google Search or Google Map website in Chrome, the location is my current location in North Carolina. This true whether I'm logged into my Google account or not Signed in to my Google account.

In Firefox I've checked Tools/Options/Privacy & Security/Permissions/Location/Settings. It lists 3 sites that have asked for access to my Locations: google, home depot and BedBathBeyond. Yet when I use Google to search "weather", it gives me Wayne NJ. This section will not let me add Google Maps.

In Security I changed Block Pop-ups to continue to have a checkmark but added google.com and maps.google.com as exceptions and restarted Firefox. Google Maps still shows Wayne NJ and weather sometimes shows North Carolina but mostly shows Wayne NJ

Are there any other settings in Firefox I need to update? Or are there settings in Windows I need to update.? I'm using Windows 10 and Firefox 85.0

Good evening To see video from my cameras I need to install LsNvrNetClient plugin. I downloaded HsVRWebPlugin_9.1.34.3.exe and installed it to the directory C: \ Program Files (x86) \ HsVRWebPlugin.

In this folder I can find: HSAVPlayer.dll, HSRtspAccess.dll, LibThread.dll, npLsNvrNetClient.dll, unins000.dat, and unins000.exe. In help I found advice from the supplier: For Firefox browser, Left-click on the upper right corner of the browser "Open Menu" and select "add-ons" to find "LsNvrNetClient", select the "Always active"

In plugins (CTR + SHIFT + A) I don't have "LsNvrNetClient". What can I do?

Since I updated to FF 85.0 (using Mac OS 10.13.6 on a MacBook Pro), articles on the Guardian website all display with text on top of the pictures, making the text illegible. I have tried deleting the cache for the Guardian sites but that hasn't helped. Articles display fine on Safari and Chrome. I have the Guardian to help but they have not yet replied. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Laurence

I was attempting to log in to my work email using firefox. When I attempt to log-in, it comes up with a message that says "disable ad blockers, enable Javascript, or use a different browser." I checked the add-ons and currently do not have any set up. I have enabled Javascript. I tried resetting firefox to default settings. I tried turning off enhanced tracking protection. I even attempted using Microsoft edge and nothing is working to help me get into my email. I was able to use firefox earlier today and did not have this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi all.

I was just setting up my Firefox account. I was asked for my age. I entered it, and was about to move on to the next step when the figure I entered was rounded up by one. Live in my browser.

Is this something that the sign-in page does on its own? I tried to replicate it but it did not happen again.

Is it possible that someone has access to my PC, or at least my browser session?

If this question seems nutty, I agree. I'm not paranoid and have never seen anything like this happen before. If anyone can explain this event, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks,

John

Hello. Quite simply, I am unable to log into my SimpliSafe home security account using Firefox 85.0 on macOS Big Sur 11.2 When attempting to do so, a perpetual loop of verification email followed by return to the original log in page occurs. Able to log in with out issue from Safari browser, so fairly certain the problem is not with SimpliSafe but rather a filter within my Firefox settings. Am not tech savvy enough to attempt changing Firefox browser settings to fix this issue. Please help, and thanks. Jeff

Ever since the last update to 85.0, firefox for Windows 10 has begun to lag where mouse, scroll or keyboard inputs are delayed. CPU and other resources via task manager are low and firefox task manager provides no insight to me either.

This only happens in firefox, all other programs work fine. I have tried disabling plugins with no change in results.

Anyone else experiencing this or have any suggestions?

Hello there!

I was browsing some website but suddenly a popup appeared that I need to update Firefox that was up to date. (That was my second time seeing the same site, so I was careful not to click on yes.)

I thought it was a click bait or virus, so I didn't click on it and I wasn't even able to exit that tab. That tab even opened the 'color picker' application and started running a code by itself.

I could see an extension install by itself. I panicked and shut down my computer.

After a while when I started the computer again, I couldn't find any new extension installed but I remember it was there. ;-;

A few days later (today), all of my websites started glitching! I don't know what to do. T_T

Also if there's an only option which is to refresh, I actually don't want to lose my Firefox data so I can't do that. Is there any other way to get rid of that thing?

To put some screenshots, I tried to use another web browser which I could clear the data of. But it didn't work in that.

This is the link which mentioned some 'Update.FF' (I am not sure if it's the correct one, but please do not click on it.)

**If you do click on it, it'll just refresh the page or something but the previous link which I saw, doesn't open**

Please help!!
