Every time i would open the app, it would crash immediately. I uninstalled and reinstalled, had the same issue. Recently updated to Win11. Reported each time but can't get into the app so don't know what the error is.

I synced my data today in mozilla and after that i reinstalled windows on my PC. now i installed fresh mozilla and logged in into my account but my data is not synced... i lost a lot of open tabs,bookmarks etc... what can i do? is synced version still somewhere or what? i did everything as i supposed to do but i cant see my previous open tabs and bookmarks..

By addressing the problem that I have typed above. Why for over a year have I been getting 'Firefox not responding' message? I then have to start again every time. Thanks

I just bought a new PC, part by part, and used my storage devices from my old PC. I formatted the windows drive and am on a fresh installation of windows 11. I tried to log in to my mozilla account, but couldn't remember my password so I used the "Forgot password" function. When I logged in, no bookmarks or history was saved. Is it possible to restore my synced data?

I’m suddenly unable to open Mozilla Firefox at all on my Windows 11 Pro (version 25H2) Surface Laptop. The browser never launches - every attempt immediately crashes and opens the Firefox Crash Reporter.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling a fresh copy of Firefox (and removing the old application files, though the original Firefox program folder has 13 .tmp files inside a “tobedeleted” folder that I can’t delete), but the issue persists. When I try to install or uninstall Firefox, I get the same behavior: Firefox never opens, and I end up with multiple instances of the Crash Reporter popping up instantly.

Tried renaming firefox.exe as well to no avail. Chrome and Edge are working fine.

  For a couple decades now, my favorite browser has been Firefox.

I've manually enabled my Web Cam and Mic in the browser settings to work with Facebook. It seems like Firefox still DOES NOT SUPPORT Facebook 's Video and Voice functionality. Anyone know, if there's a possible fix for this? Is Firefox Software Development Team working to correct this issue and is there a possible projected date on this resolution ?? Please don't hesitate to help me with this technical problem...

So out of nowhere, I can't use the back button, or delete pages by clicking the 'x. I can't even click on the settings icon, or any icon on the menu bar. When I hover over any web page title, it shows a small window of it, but I can't get rid of it. I didn't change anything, so what's going on?
