My Firefox tabs crash repeatedly even when I tried opening them in Troubleshoot mode. When I play videos in the browser, there's this stuttering, buzzing noise while the sound lags, too. Usually it's tabs playing YouTube videos that crash, but I've also had tabs crash when I try to open completely unrelated websites. I've disabled hardware acceleration, repeatedly cleared my cache, and even tweaked some of my GPU throttling settings, but nothing seems to help.

When I use picture-in-picture for any video, all of my firefox browser windows go unresponsive. I can move the cursor around, but it won't allow me to click on anything. The only way to stop it is to open a brand new window which makes it responsive again and then close out of the PIP video. Sometimes it lets me go back to using the browser as normal, and other times it causes all firefox windows to crash. I'm using Windows 10. This issue only began happening about 10-ish days ago.

I've noticed in the last few days that I'm periodically losing keyboard character input on sites following the update to the latest version - 148.0 (64-bit) I thought it might be a power issue with my WiFi keyboard and swapped out the batteries but the issue has persisted and I haven't experienced it when testing in Edge and nor have I seen it when using Excel or Notepad++ which I use regularly. Keyboard input actually froze for 4-5 seconds in inputting the last sentence. The problem is presenting on a number of sites - e.g. Reddit and YouTube. I do use the Ublock Origin extension but have been doing so for quite some time. I did report an issue with the mid screen search bar a few days ago and believe that is to be corrected in the update of 10th March. Is this also a known issue with the update?

I’m experiencing an issue with my website Fixit Home ([[Interior design and fitout company|https://fixithome.ae]]) ). Certain pages and elements, including images, navigation, and layout, are not rendering correctly in Firefox, even though they work fine in other browsers like Chrome and Edge.

I’ve checked:

The website code is valid and loads without errors in other browsers

SSL certificate is active and pages are secure

JavaScript and CSS files are loading correctly

Could this be a Firefox-specific compatibility issue, or something related to caching, security settings, or mixed content? I’d appreciate guidance on how to debug and fix this problem so my site works consistently for Firefox users.

To open a Venmo account they send you to get.venmo.com and that page will not open despite my changing various security and privacy settings. Does anyone have any experience with this that can help. I'm using Windows 11 (upgraded from Windows 10) and I've noticed that some -- only a few -- websites still think I'm using Windows 10 but I don't think that is the problem.

I have a problem connecting to the attached website. I have deleted both the cooking and cache for this website. I don't have a problem with the Chrome browser going to the same website. What do I need to do to get it working again on my up-to-date Firefox? Thanks!

when I go to the manager tag and I click with the right bottom of the touch pad come out the window where I can delete the TAG I don't need, but never delete the version I use I upgrade all the time and is portable version mounted on a uSD card thank's to the attention

I get why the domain is highlighted, and it's good! But the rest of the URL can be hard to read, especially with dark themes (see screenshot, taken of this page's URL bar, using the default Dark theme). I have tried to find a dark theme with better contrast, but haven't had any success.

Is there a setting that I can change to set the font colors or contrast between them?

What seems like ages ago Firefox stopped displaying bookmarks I addition it would not add new bookmarks nor restore the existing ones. I've gone through all of the corrective procedures listed on and off but nothing works. As a final attempt I deleted the program and reinstalled it. No change. It seems to me that perhaps a missing file from another program or system is missing. Maybe!

I have been using an alternate system for some time. When installed it had no problem finding all of the Firefox bookmarks and placed them on the menu bar as "Firefox Bookmarks". I have no issues with using them but all new ones are stored in the current browser. Thus the new ones do not go into the folders previously set up. I've avoided moving them manually to the new system due to the volume but I am ready to bite the bullet.

I prefer Firefox but it's just not working.

For the last two weeks the site "Oregon college Savings plan" will not open saying there is a potential security risk. The error message said it may have something to do with the "clock" but when i clicked advanced to see if that was the problem,the page would not open.

I know that there is already default containers built-in without the need of the extension. But there's no way to open tabs in containers when we click a link, only when it's typed in. There's an option in settings that allow to pick a container when a new tab is opened, but that's it. It would also be great to move the Mozilla VPN and integration and sync function from the extension to the settings page for easier access.

these shortcuts appear on my firefox home page are so annoying here is my setting , i toggle off all shortcuts related to history or sponsored shortcuts but they still pop up each time , i want to disable this feature i need only my selected shortcuts appear on home page what can i do ?

Firefox memorizes userIDs and I do not see an option to stop it from doing so. Is there an option?

Keep in mind that passwords are not limited to the password entry. Every entry in a sign-in process is an opportunity for a password. For example, the answer to "What street did you grow up on?" could be "Beatlejoice". Similarly, the answer to "What was your mother's middle name?" could be "Aardvark". Nonsensical answers to security questions are more secure than truthful answers.

Again, in the interest of security, is there an option to stop firefox from remembering so much?

I use Firefox as my desktop (and phone) browser. Recently my desktop cannot open my USBank Online banking service (my Android Firefox phone browser works fine). The USBank customer technical service agent tells me that their software does not recognize the Firefox browser - he says that AVG Secure, Microsoft Edge , and Google Chrome work fine). How do I rectify this without changing browsers? I've used Firefox for opver a decade without trouble. Help!
