I got a new samsung phone & when i signed into firefox from it all the bookmarks on my pc are scrambled or are missing where as before i knew exacly where they was. Can anyone tell my how to get my pc bookmarks to exacly how they was please before i synced the account on the phone to my pc by mistake thank you.

I dislike the tab groups feature cause I accidentally group up tabs and I find it annoying. I tried to disable it from about:config (browser.tabs.groups.enabled setting), but it turns back on every time I reopen firefox. I also opted out of all grouping related features in about:studies. Still can not disable the feature. How can I proceed?

In opening email, graphics have stopped displaying automatically. What it prompts you to do, doesn't work. I had an internal tech look into it from our end, but he said it was a firefox thing. emails are in outlook microsoft edge opens the emails properly. I do not want to use microsoft Edge as my browser.

What can I do to fix it?

To set up a Passkey, it says to enter a pin, which it then says I can find and change in Settings. I can't find any of it because my Mozilla account, even though I'm not doing anything, says it has timed out. Please help me locate my PIN. Thank you

2025May16 sidebar - i have deselected 'show sidebar' in settings .. i do not want sidebar i do not like sidebar .. i continue to get 'use sidebar' prompt @ launch .. plse tell me how to stop that prompt

This support article is inaccurate and doesn't stop firefox from prompting for my windows 11 pin. Is there anyway to actually stop this prompt?

Multiple problems 1) bookmarks disappearing

  About 8 to 10 months ago a group of bookmarks disappeared from a bookmark file. I reloaded an exported HTML and no problems. 
 About a month ago Several groups of bookmarks disappeared over several days. A folder with say 20 bookmarks in would now have only 5. then none a day or two later. this happened across ALL but one of the default bookmark files and ones I created. I also noticed Firefox was not creating backup bookmark files so I removed Firefox, reloaded Firefox so everything was up to date and in the new I reloaded the older bookmarks HTML in the new installation.  
 Now it is happening again as of the 16th of May 2024 only this time Again no backup bookmark file are being created and Firefox is not creating manual backup file or HTLM Exports.
2)  I have gone though the Troubleshooting instructions and I am at a loss on what the issue is. I have used Firefox since the early 2000s and have never had this issue before but in the past year it has happen 3 times. 3) UNRELATED ISSUE - MAYBE- I found on the setting page at the top IS THIS NOTE -- Information Your browser is being managed by your organization.-- This is a personal computer. There is not an Organization. How do a get rid of this and does this mean someone else has access to my computer.

When I enable vertical tabs and set the sidebar to expand on hover, the toolbar icons behave inconsistently. In the collapsed state, the icons are arranged vertically, which is correct. However, as soon as the sidebar expands, they switch to a horizontal layout—making it difficult to click the tool I want. Is there any way to prevent this automatic rearrangement and keep the icons in a vertical column even when the sidebar is expanded?

'Show all bookmarks' is missing and I have tried the Ctrl+Alt+B option without success. I've already looked extensively on Firefox help with no success. What can I do to copy all of the bookmarks to a new computer? Thank you.

How do I change the color of visited links without changing the background color? This is a new problem that started 2-3 weeks ago. The background color is improperly coupled with the visited links setting. Mt previous setting that worked was changed when Firefox received an update and there is no way for e to change the visited links color without it changing the background color. Please help.

Is it possible to add a border color to the Bookmark popup menu using userChrome.css? I have search all over but it seems there is no code for adding the border.

I just updated my Firefox app and it rearranged all my bookmarks. I would love to go in and resort them back to how they were before, but the only options I have on mobile are automatic sorting of alphabetical or chronological. I don't know if the manual sorting option was removed, but if it hasn't I'd like to know how to acess it. Thank you!

My locahost React JS development environment with Vite stopped working after the last update. When I run the development server on "http://localhost:5173/", the page never resolves. It work fine on my other machine. Is there some security setting prevent the page to load?

Can you tell me how to increase the size of the tabs once they are pinned? I would like them to be wider so that you can actually see them. There is a whole community devoted to this but they require you to do coding or something. Surely with as many people are asking about this online, you have a way to do it. Please let me know how to change the size. Thank you

1. Is there a way to have contrast control be turned off/on for specific sites? Instead of every single one

2. How can I change the URL color in the dropdown? I've looked up ways to do it and they haven't worked. (Yes, I (mostly) know how userChrome works)

Dear and respected Firefox Dev Crew,

I you can say love Mozilla Firefox and have been using it for a quite long time now ,but the issue i have with her it is a pure fact that every new version that gets pushed out is worse that previous one by many things like this 138.0.4 that after installing better say updating to it was has it done it has removed all my addressees from URL address bar ,furthermore ,the ones i do not want in previous versions i was like all of us able to delete simply and effectively by pressing shift+ delete which has not been so to say debunked or non working for quite a long time and only way to delete unwanted address from URL bar is to go to History and than find that site and push forget about this site which is annoying because like previous shift + delete which just did it's job of deleting the desired address ,method of deleting unwanted addresses from the URL bar is annoying,frustrating and a glitch in code i guess because without any reason what so ever do you want it or not the deleted address space will be populated by another even more annoying and non needed site and like that in circle ,i just want my URL ADDRESS BAR to be populated with shortcuts to the site which i want and need and that is all nothing more not Firefox to be populating my address bar with everything it get his hands on which frustrates to the point of madness cause in setting Firefox has been customized to populate address bar just with the shortcuts ,but i want them to be shortcuts i want ,i will need, i will use, and i will utilize not populated by some site i visited once 1000 years ago ! Thank you very much on your guidance and listening to problems each new version brings and if someone has a suggestion on how can i stop that and get out of Firefox what i want and need it for thank you i'll will be more than grateful on your support!
