Firefox tabs start crashing all of a sudden and won't stop crashing, until BSOD happens.

In my case it caused PFN List Corrupt Blue screen error.

How can I identify the real reason for the crash of the tabs, leading to the crash of the system?

I am fan of Mozilla and use ist now for years. I installed the add ons but dont know really what I need to do when content on the site is not displayed. How do I know what I need to deactivate, set or change to see the content? Do you have any trainings or explanatory maerial/links?

I use 118.0.2 (64-bit) because I do not like the newer versions, but every time I open it I have to decline two consecutive Firefox popups urging me to upgrade to the newest version. Since I open Firefox dozens of times a day, these constant popups are driving me crazy. How can I stop them? Thanks.

Recently, Bremer Bank is always wanting to send me a security code when I sign in;

even within a minute of signing off.
 (My credit card websites don't need to do that when I sign on once a month.)

Why can't Bremer Bank remember me?

I have Firefox version 100.0 (64-bit) and version 122.0.1 (64-bit) installed somehow. Both versions when you click on Help>About Firefox say they are up to date.

I can uninstall the 122.0.1 version. I cannot uninstall the 100.0 version.

100.0 says it is up to date but in the top right corner there is a box that says: Update available Firefox couldn't update automatically. Download the new version - you won't lose saved information or customizations.

If I tell it to download I get the 122.0.1 version installed separately from the 100.0 version.

How do I get only ONE installation of Firefox?

Hey, I'm trying to use Firefox on a school internet connection and I'm getting the "Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue" error on every site, including www.google.com. It connects on other WiFi connections and through chromium browsers (Ex. Brave). I've tried the following: - Set Proxy settings to "No Proxy" - Set "Enhanced Tracking Protection" to Standard - Disabled IPv6 in about:config - Set security.enterprise_roots.enabled to False - Logged into my Google account over a different connection - Allowed Windows single sign-on for Microsoft, work, and school accounts - Tried refreshing Firefox - Restarted my computer

The error is still occurring. Is there a way I can allow Firefox to connect normally over School WiFi?

Hi how do I i prevent Firefox from going into efficiency mode. When Firefox goes into efficiency mode it be comes slow and unresponsive. if I manually uncheck efficiency mode in task manager Firefox becomes quicker and less laggy until a few seconds to minutes later it goes back into it. The performance of Firefox in efficiency mode makes it almost unusable and can take up to a minute for it to start working again.

A couple of weeks ago, a message came from Firefox saying - do I want the facility of opening a Firefox window on starting it? I thought that would be a confirmation of my existing setting of opening Firefox with the previous tabs. But no. Firefox now opens a separate blank window in addition to the previous window with the tabs.

How can I stop the opening of an additional blank window, which I now have to delete everytime? Thank you

I'm on Win 11 23H2, and I'm currently running Firefox 88.0.1 x64. Why? Because it's heavily customized to suit my needs. Some examples:

• Extensions (e.g. Classic Theme Restorer)
• userChrome.css and userContent.css customizations ( https://github.com/aris-t2/customcssforfx ), which include tabs on bottom (mandatory for me), tab height/width, and many other things.

I decided a long time ago to stay with v88 because every new Firefox update was breaking things that I needed, and I got tired to spend hours with every new update. If only Firefox devs could find a way to NOT break user customizations with every new update...

Of course I'd like to update my Firefox to the latest version. But I know that it's going to be a nuclear bomb. I already made a test. First I made a backup of my profile folder, then I just updated Firefox. Suffice to say that not only all my customizations disappeared : even my tabs disappeared, and I have dozens of them. So I had to uninstall everything, copy back my previously saved profile folder (because of course it had been modified by the latest version), and reinstall Firefox 88.0.1.

So here's my plan and my question. Would it be possible to have two different Firefox installs (not portable I guess), with two different profiles, running at the same time?

• Here's how I see it:
• Download Firefox latest version
• Close Firefox 88
• Move profile folder away from AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles, so Firefox latest version can't find it
• Move Firefox folder (the one within Program Files) so hopefully Firefox latest version can't find it
• Install Firefox latest version (it then creates a new user profile folder)
• Start Firefox latest version
• Move back the old Firefox folder to Program Files (so there will be two different Firefox folders, e.g. "Mozilla Firefox 88" and "Mozilla Firefox")
• Move back the old profile folder to AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles (so there will be two different user profile folders)
• Start Firefox 88

Would that work, or am I missing something?

If it worked, then I could keep working on Firefox 88, while gradually customizing Firefox latest version until it's ready to take over.

Description When trying to move an action, anywhere, in the Logic Apps Designer View it displays a 'nope' circle (🚫) and will not move the action.

This occurs on multiple tenancies for multiple clients and is affecting my ability to easily produce work for them.

I have also seen issues with the V2 Designer in Power Automate, too. There the 'experimental features' expression builder does not fulfill autofil on function suggestions or quote closing.

This makes me concerned that it might be a more pervasive change in how javascript is being handled by the browser, rather than changes at Microsoft's end.

However, I would not put out of my mind that they are restricting FireFox functionality due to new designers, and browsers, etc.

I installed Firefox on my daughter's laptop (several times). Each time we try to open it, there is a quick flash of a window and then nothing. It does not not show up on the task manager. I restarted the computer. Reinstalled the program. And tried Refreshing it. I disabled pop-ups & deleted all anti-virus other than Defender. I tried setting firefox as default. Nothing worked. I am at the end of my knowledge. Would appreciate any help or ideas.

these last days, whenever i visits any page that fall under archiveofourown.org, i often end up with the page just trying to connect for ages, only to give up and say "secure connection" failed. and that " the authentication of the data could not be confirmed" (i don´t get an error code) sometimes it works, sometimes not. i can reach the pages fine on my phone, and on other browsers. i can also connect to other webpages so it´s not my connection that´s the issue. i use the page a lot, so this is really an issue. i recently switched over to firefox, and i don´t wanna have to switch back.

I don't know if it is the last update, but since this week the scrolling menu on numerous website on firefox become messed up and instead having their usual limited height (like no more than 400px) when there are numerous links in the menu, they now reach the bottom of the windows.

I added some image to explain the problem with two sites: one screenshot show firefox bug, and the other is a screenshot (from edge) to show how the scrolling menu with limited height was supposed to be before the bug.

Also the problem appear even in the debug mode, so i doubt it is an extension trouble. How to solve this problem?
