Hi!

I am getting messages that I am blocking ads for many of my internet requests. I had never received these before but all of a sudden I started to get them. I have tried a number of things but nothing works.

I am running Windows 11 and do not have any Ad blockers.

I installed firefox a week ago, now in the middle of creating a x account I no longer can reach the internet on this browser, edge works, chrome works. IT SAYS AT THE TOP YOU MUST LOG IN T THIS NETWORK BEFORE YOU CAN AS THE INTERNET. IT LET ME CREATE 1/2 OF A X ACCOUNT.

Is this the reason millions of people are leaving firefox as AI has indicated? The fix is apparently try this for 2 pages. Please create a trouble shooting tool within firefox to fix this junk and I am deleting firefox, don't worry I will reload it 1 - 5 years and try again as I did 1 -5 years in the past.

I thought that firefox would be more reliable than google chrome. For some reason, I am having now problems like accessing my youtube account and other things that worked fine before. There are other sites I can no longer access and I am wondering whether that has something to do with your service.

Using Firefox 149.0.2 with windows 11 to watch videos on Rumble, there is a problem viewing videos. the top of the video is hidden behind large black band under the bookmarks strip. Only on full screen do I see the top of the video.

When a system-wide VPN application (not built into Firefox) is enabled, the behavior of the address bar changes: on the first click, it only shows 5 sites (Top Sites), instead of the usual 9. After pressing the Spacebar, the list from browsing history loads normally. The problem persists after turning off the VPN and only disappears after a full restart of Firefox. I just upgraded my Dell desktop computer -- Win 11 and some other hardware tweaks. Everything is fine -- but an old problem that was resolved some time ago in this forum has reemerged. My mouse wheel does not scroll properly at all with Google Calendar. I recall a simple solution on this forum that worked perfectly a few years ago when I originally set up the computer. It has apparently been removed, and I can not find anything to resolve the matter. Does anyone recall the secret formula? Is it hidden away somewhere? The scrolling is so convenient, and the instinct is hard to break.

I have installed Windows 11 to replace Windows 10 but my bookmarks in Firefox have disappeared, is there a way to retrieve my bookmarks that always appeared each time I opened Firefox?

I use Firefox for desktop in Windows, and I use Firefox on Android as well. I have enabled sync and signed into both browsers.

What I want to do is sort through the 50+ tabs that are open on my Android Firefox browser by opening them in my desktop Firefox session.

I am aware that I can open them one-by-one by following this how-to:

However, this is inconvenient: I want to open them *all* in one operation. This way, I can quickly bookmark them read them, and then confidently close all of my tabs in Android. (I have ADHD and this would help me a lot).

Is there an extension or option that would allow me to do that?

Ok, for some stupid reason, sometime in the past month or two, I think one of your updates completely incapacitated my ability to paste images into sites that allow me to paste images, such as chat gpt or search engines. This is terribly inconvenient and annoying. Please either fix it or tell me what setting in your mess of settings fixes it

I'm trying to fill a module online, but I keep getting this error message: "JavaScript has been disabled, the form requires JavaScript to validate properly. Please enable JavaScript through Preferences under the Edit menu and reopen the form." I tried following the instructions and also explored every other possibility described in support sections and such but didn't fix the issue. Any other way to solve the problem?

When I click a link in Firefox sometimes it will open up the new window in Chrome, how can I stop this? I don't want to make Firefox my default browser, as I use Chrome for that.

This has happened a few times and confused me but I figured it out tonight. I had a private window open and a regular window open and closed the regular one. When I reopened the regular one all of my pinned tabs were gone. This should be fixed, Firefox should differentiate between the windows and stop closing tabs on the regular window if it's closed before the private one. Kind of an odd thing.

I was able to recover my tabs with a json file thankfully but haven't been able to do so before as I had opened and closed multiple windows trying to figure out where the pinned tabs had gone and the "previous.json" had changed to those new open tabs. It might also be nice to have a few "previous.json" files be created instead of the single one for instances like this.

Whenever i try to open YT Videos or other in-browser videos in Full-Screen, the video only fills the screen to like 95%. The top and the left have a small bar, which just shows my desktop background. (See att.)

Closing the Full screen window and resizing the firefox window, repairs the issue. But after a restart it happens again.

Enabling hardware acc. kinda fixes it, but not consistently. And i would prefer to not use hardware acc.

A reinstall did not help and i dont seem to be the only one with this issue.

My folders with links have disappeared, but the links are all listed separately. I can't create new folders because it says I already have a folder with that name. But I don't see any Folders just all links.
