hello i am facing an error when trying to access my firefox account , every time i enter my credentials , the system shows an error message and prevents me from logging in; i need to sync my boomarks and data; so any helb to get my account working again would be highly appreciated , thank you

Thank you for the upgrades to Firefox which I apply. After doing so I seem to lose access to FaceBook and other applications and then have to go through the whole processs of verifying motor bikes, buses etc from pictures before I can access again. It also happens with other applications. This happens EVERY time after I do an upgrade - is there a setting that will not force this change every time please?

Hello all, once or twice a week, on my desktop, I have to resign in to my Firefox browser, why? This never used to happen... the past few weeks it is common. All my bookmarks, etc, are synced via Firefox. This is tiresome. No, I have NOT changed any settings, anywhere. Ideas? Thanks

Hi, people, Yesterday I signed in Firefox account on my phone using QR. I see that everyone who has a quick access to my Desktop Firefox can take all my passwords and payments by sync Firefox on his mobile. QR code is convenient, but not secure at all. .

I would like to sign in my email address [editedfrom public] @gmail.com & I keep getting the notice, invalid email address. They want me to sign in another old email address [edited from public] @sympatico.ca that I don`t use anymore as well as that password for it.

'When I set up an account with Mozilla, it was working fine, then changed to 2 factor log in. I don't know how to change it back. I would use my own email account (kemartin124@yahoo.com) but EA sets up an entire new account & Iose everything & can't get it back. I've tried to contact EA customer support but can't get a response. It's almost impossible, is there a workaround that could be done to correct it. I posted the following on facebook yesterday, I feel as if something changed in my Firefox settings as this only started about 2 months ago. 2 factor Authentication is shut off in facebook. "Can anyone tell me how to shut this off? Everytime I log onto FB from my computer I get this screen. 2-factor authorization wants to send a code to my cell phone. There's got to be a way to turn it off. I am using Windows 11 pro with Firefox as a browser."

Any thoughts?

I was given a number as a recovery number and I’m trying to reestablish my email that is Thunderbird and also Mozilla and Firefox and I get all confused with all of that anyway it gave me a code number and every time it asks me for the code number for my recovery number It doesn’t allow me to put it in where it says confirm a button that says confirm every time I go to click it. It’s not on so I’m utterly confused and I am don’t know where to get help. The bottom line is I need to get my account fixed so I can get my email back again. I lost it a couple years ago and I’ve been struggling ever since.

Hi! I just did a clean Win 11 reinstallation on my laptop and must download all my accounts again, including Firefox. I can't remember my username. Evidently it isn't my e-mail address or my first and last name. Do you know if there's a way to either retrieve it or create a new username on the website? Thanks in advance!
