When I fill in IRS Direct Pay it does not accept dashes in my social security number but something in my laptop inserts them. I don't know how to eliminate that. I also don't know where to correct a mistake in auto fill in my e-mail address.

Logging into an account, when I start typing my email address several other suggestions are provided, many are outdated. Made a typo once and it is still saved somewhere. I want to make the old and erroneous ones to go away.

I have about 19 jillion saved addresses in autofill. I know how to delete individual addresses, but I'd like to know if there's a way to select multiple entries or to delete all of them in a single operation.

Cannot figure out why auto-fill will work with some websites (FedEx), or USPS when I'm scheduling a pickup.

But then at other times, even on USPS, when I attempt to sign up for tracking updates, I get no response to the NAME or EMAIL ADDRESS boxes, and I have to fill them in myself.

Can't figure out the inconsistency. And those were just two examples of sites. It happens frequently. Some fill, with just a click, others force me to type in all the same info that's already saved in my auto-fill memory.

Anyone else seeing this inconsistency, and has figured out a fix or what I'm doing wrong?

I use Nordpass password manager. If I try and open a site from Nordpass , Firefox Relay overlays the page , preventing the use of Nordpass. How can I disable this Firefox Relay?

Several e-commerce sites have forms for payment card details, and some of them have a field for ‘Name on Card’. Some sites fill in this field with what they think is the name on the card and, in my experience, it is often wrong. If the user deletes the mistaken value autofill will insert the correct name where it was, but, if the aberrant entry is left in place, autofill will not change it, and the payment can be refused. Would it be an idea to have autofill insert the correct name even if the field already has a value? If the value written by the site is correct then nothing is changed, but if it is wrong a refusal could be forestalled.

We have an enterprise web application that utilizes Primefaces for frontend UI. With a newest version of Firefox ESR 140.2.0 we noticed that input field values history is not saved. So the values are not proposed to the user wen he enters form data again. Problem is not available in Firefox ESR 128.14.0. Old input field values saved in 'formhistory.sqlite' before Firefox was upgraded to 140.2.0 are still available for the user.

I want Firefox to auto-enter passwords for log-in on selected sites. There are a few sites I use regularly -- on which I am NOT worried about someone discovering my password. (On Chrome, once I have signed on to the site, I can re-open the site without bothering to log in with user name and pswd.)

According to this article I should be able to activate autofill credit card details in my country https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/credit-card-autofill But the option is no where to be found and in about:config I can see it is restricted to a few countries mine not being one. I can not change the list with countries either, actually I can not change anything nor search in about:config. I am running Firefox 140.0.4 (64-bit) EDIT I made a a master password, which then made it possible for me to edit in about:config. I added my country to the extension and now I can activate it.

I want to edit my auto-fill data, I suspect it may have errors. How do I get to see and edit the auto-fill data that has been entered into my browser? I have looked and can't locate this info.

I logged onto a hotel site with Firefox and when I progressed to enter my name, the autofil came up with 4 names that weren't mine. The top two are people I do not know and are not included in my contacts. The bottom two are people I know but are not on my contacts in this format at all. Is this a security concern?

I also failed to get my two factor authentication code when trying to access Mozilla so have had to set up a new account to make this message. I am concerned about security issues relating to both of these.
