Firefox keeps just not work after I restart my Mac on the latest OS.

Now I have reloaded firefox and all of my bookmarks are missing and the account is unscynced?

Hi, I’ve lost all of my saved passwords, bookmarks, and browsing history in Firefox. I’ve been a Firefox user for over five years, always tied to the same Firefox account email. My laptop recently had to be repaired, and the technicians performed a full reboot. After getting it back and reinstalling Firefox, all my data was gone. I tried recovering an old profile, but the reboot erased everything, so there are no old profiles or local data left on the device. Since my Firefox account has always been connected to the same email, I was hoping all of my data would still be recoverable, but I haven’t had any success. This represents over five years of saved information, and I really need help to restore it. Can Firefox support assist me in recovering my data through my account? Thanks in advance.

I did update my Mac to IOS 26.0.1 and I have lost all the history and bookmarks, I have the "Sync" enabled with my browser.

All my important data has been lost, can you please look into this and help me please.

Dear Firefox Support Team, I am reaching out for assistance with recovering my bookmarks, which are very important to me. Recently, my laptop broke down, so I created a backup of my files and system. After purchasing a new laptop, I installed Firefox and attempted to restore my data, particularly my bookmarks and passwords. Unfortunately, during the process, I had to reset my Firefox account password because I had forgotten the original one. At the time, I did not fully realize that this would result in the loss of my synced data. I later learned that this action may have removed access to my previous settings. I checked my backup files, including the Application Support folder, but I was unable to find the necessary data to restore my bookmarks. I am certain that synchronization was enabled on my previous device, but after logging into my account on the new laptop, none of my bookmarks were restored. This situation is quite urgent for me, and I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide. Is there any possibility that my bookmarks could still be recovered? My old laptop computer completely died. I installed Firefox on my new computer. However, after signing back into Firefox, my stored passwords and tabs were not available. How do I find/recover saved login passwords and tabs? I am a long-time Firefox user and had a lot of stored information that I assumed would follow my account.

I used the new CleanMyMac and the think has removed the passwords from Firefox on my iMac. I still have them on my iPhone in both Lockwise and the Passwords app. Sync doesn't seem to alter anything. Anyone know a way to re-establish these in the iMac's Firefox?

I have rebooted my computer and when Firefox is restarted all the bookmarks in the bookmark toolbar are gone. I have Firefox set to sync these bookmarks on all devices and am concerned if I just initiate a new sync then the bookmarks will be deleted from all other devices instead of reloading them all from the Mozilla server. How can I force a reload of all sync'd bookmarks from the Mozilla server to my Firefox on this computer?
