I have a new Mozilla (FireFox) account and keep getting emails that say I need to confirm it. They include a button to do so but I'm not clicking it unless I get better information from you. Please help. The email swears my account will be deleted if I don't confirm it. What do I do?

I received this email after I tried to sign in to my Mozilla account. This is the relevant info from the email: Your {$providerName} account has been linked to your Moz… (funda kabanzi)

I received this email after I tried to sign in to my Mozilla account. This is the relevant info from the email:

Your {$providerName} account has been linked to your Mozilla account Mobile Safari on iOS 18.7

I don't know what I did to cause this email to be sent. I wasn't trying to link any other account to my mozilla account.
