Yea I don't need help but I cannot believe you guys made an Firefox installer so small so its only "390 KB" and a floppy disk only has 1.44 MB meaning it can fit into a storage thing from 40 years ago. Man that's crazy!

(also I'm using your Firefox browser on my crappy 8 years old Windows 10 laptop, and ngl its great even tho it sometimes uses a lot of cpu and ram usage. It loads fast and the first time I got your browser it ran great and this old laptop finally can run videos on 720p instead of on Chrome barely running 240p)

CVE-2024-4367 has been announced several days now with MITRE and CIS. There is also an issue/advisory on the github repo for PDF.js which appears that the fix has been merged into the master commit of PDF.js (https://github.com/advisories/GHSA-wgrm-67xf-hhpq).

The vulnerability is pretty serious and yet there is no Security Advisory from Mozilla on affected versions, etc. (https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/security/advisories/)

Is this normal and I am just being impatient?

I am trying to get to the "clear cookies and Caches" which should be under Privacy & Security.

When I go to preferences, i can move to Privacy & Security or the other headings, but I cannot scroll down any of the pages under the headings. When I am on the Privacy & Security page the scroll down arrow takes me to Sync heading etc.

How do I fix this? I am having to go to the cookies to clean up as I am having another scroll down issue with an app that is important to me. In that I cannot scroll down a list as the dark side bar flicks on and off immediately.

I am on a MacBook Air.

I have always been a Firefox user and all of a sudden I cannot get into my MS 365 Sharepoint if I am using Firefox, if I use Edge I can get into the accounts.

I want to use Firefox not big commercial browsers.

I purchased a new computer, was finally able to download Firefox. When I go to use it, frigging Microsoft BING come up. How do I fix it? Thank you for your help. Susan

When photos, videos, or websites are linked on a FB comment, it used to display a thumbnail preview below the comment. Now it just shows the link. On mobile, the preview appears. So I'm thinking a setting got changed on the desktop version.

Does anyone know what the issue is and how to correct?

I had a few issues with Hotmail and Firefox in the past as described in other posts. Now it has stepped up a gear. I can use the internet for anything, but the moment I open my Hotmail account in Firefox my Lan card stops working. At first I had no idea it was Hotmail, I tried everything from switching cables to using wifi only. When it happened on wifi I realised every time I went into Hotmail on Firefox my network card stopped functioning and I had to restart the computer. The thing is, when I use Hotmail through Microsoft Edge nothing happens and all is well with the world!!! No network card shutdown. I could read between the lines but I'm no conspiracy theorist, however, I don't think the problem is with Firefox. Is there any solution? I don't use Edge and I don't want to start.

Etrade page but when I then click on anything else all I get is the hour glass which does not go away.  This is ANY other page I try to go to in Etrade.

I go to Edge and have no problems but I have used FF for many years and would like to continue doing so.

Hello there, since of late when I try to Google search something through Firefox browser I always get this message: ".....Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot...." So I did the test which took me through millions of tests, and finally gave me the search results. I though this was occasional one off thing but to my horror, no! It does always request CAPTCHA test now. I wonder whether Google doing this purposely to discourage Firefox engine search use and encourage to use Chrome instead - which I found no issues with at all! I use VPN of course but how come Chrome does not bar me while VPN is on? Anybody else found this issue? Thank you!

The above New Zealand organization is recommending users to use any other browser than Mozilla Firefox. I have used Firefox for many years on their website and about two months ago it comes up with a recommendation to use another browser because Mozilla Firefox will no longer work on their NZ woke/local wank website. I contacted them to ask what the problem was and instead of answering the question they just repeated the message to change browser. I'm sure these local idiots are just being lazy/stupid so I'd like Mozilla to stick a rocket up their dumb-asses. As these twats are the local government lotteries commission I cannot partake of their monopoly online as they won't allow my browser. Please can Mozilla/community help? How do I print a document from email, without the sidebar showing? It doesn't show up on the copy but it moves the document way over to the right with only 1/2 of it showing. I'm Electronically Challenged, Electronically Illiterate, please reply in simple English as I'm living proof that you cannot teach an old dog new tricks! Thank you

I am always having this problem of losing all of my open tabs. I am sure I am not the only person who has many parallel task running. Then, for whatever reason, the browser crashes, and in opening the browser, the single "Restore Previous Session" button is the only lifeline back to all of that work.

Would it be too much to ask for a simple session restore feature that is indexed to history? So we could go back to yesterday's session, or last week's, and not lose so much.

This loss of ongoing work happens to me 2-3 times a year, and amounts to untold losses of time, effort, and money.

I have a number of music clips I want to put in one or more playlists to use with VLC Media Player. How do I create such a playlist? (If I'm asking in the wrong place, I apologize.)
