Since a few days, some tunein radios like aardvark blues fm are out on tunein when firefox is used. Cliquez sur l'icône ci-dessous pour l'écouter via notre lecteur pop-out TuneIn In english it could be " Due to a recent chrome update, this station is not handled by this web browser"

Any help would be appreciated ! cheers.

I have a website which makes ajax requests to some endpoints which can take more than a minute (depending on how busy the server might be). In the recent version of firefox (81), it seems like after about a minute, the request appears to time out without an error message. I checked against other browsers and none seem to have the same issue.

Was this behavior expected out of version 81? I don't see anything in the release notes about this kind of change.

There is a business opportunity for future web browser upgrades to add a function in settings for the browser to auto remember the last used zoom level e.g. +150% settings based on the unique website address. As different web publishers use different font sizes between different web domains or even within the same article, it makes ergonomic and business sense for our global aging population to have a browser that targets this untapped opportunity or to be better marketed to the elderly. This can be a delegated project to a highly skilled outsourced engineer to max your profits, salary increase, and max charity donations to orphans

Hi everyone :)

I didn't find anything about it: I'm looking for a shortcut to open links in the private window without opening the context menu (right click)

I know that.....:

  • CTRL + Click open in a new Tab (Or middle click)
  • CTRL + SHIFT + Click open in a new Tab and focus on this new tab (or SHIFT + middle click)
  • SHIFT + Click open the link in a new Window

But actually I didn't find any combination to open it in a new private window. Even the context menu "Open Link in a new private window" isn't what I'm looking for as I don't want the new window to be on top.

Is there a way to do it, maybe an extension ?

Thanks for reading, Alex.

Hi, I am setting up a laptop for my wife to replace her old one. I have installed Firefox and found that although the main body text is the correct size, the text on the toolbars is very small compared to her old one. How can I increase the toolbar font size without altering the main body. Thank you, Andrew

For a long time I used a known method to disable the mouseover to reveal the address/toolbar while in fullscreen. It is described here link text and works via adding this line

  1. fullscr-toggler { display:none !important; }

in userChrome.css and enabling userChrome.css at about:config page. However it stopped working for me. I am currently with Firefox 85.0.
