When I scan a multiple barcodes, Firefox does not add the "enter" function between them, and as a result the barcodes just stack one after another. This started happening yesterday. The attached image is showing two barcodes is succession. It used to automatically add the enter function after the barcode was scanned. I have tried multiple scanners and the same thing happens. It works fine in Chrome, but I really don't want to use Chrome.

I can not log in to home depot website because it won't send me the verification code. No other website gives me this problem and I can log in with Chrome.

How can I fix this?

Hi I very often have problems playing videos on X/Twitter but not all of the time. Some videos just won't play but others do no problem. It's very frequent though and i have searched for a solution to this and can't find one.

Ever since the last update of the Firefox program, I am frequently getting the "Server Not Found" message when I click on links online. If I switch browsers, the links work just fine so it is obviously Mozilla's problem and not anything with my "modem or router" as I am told int he "what can you do about it" message on this error. Mozilla needs to look into this problem and update whatever is causing the failure to link message.

The "Post" button is off screen on the share popup when I try to share a post in a Facebook group to another group. The problem has been getting worse. Usually I can see a slim piece of the top of the button, but today it disappeared completely. The only way to make it visible is to press Ctrl -. Then select Zoom > Actual size from the menu when I'm finished.

i do not like this new Firefox you they are driving me to use google chrome . i keep getting things on my Facebook account i do not want in Firefox but they are fine in Chrome so it is firefoxi do not like i keep getting sponsored and suggested posts and have extentions to sto p it i do not get in chrome

I read magazines using PressReader on Firefox but during this the window keeps getting refreshed. When this happens I end up back at the beginning of the magazine instead of on the page I'm reading. It's becoming almost impossible to read the entire magazine.

What I can't work out is what is doing this? Is there a Firefox setting that I need to change?

There seems to be no settings in PressReader.

I'm running Firefox on Win 11 Pro if that is relevant.

YouTube videos do not play properly in Firefox. They keep buffering, lagging, and sometimes freeze, while they work fine in other browsers. Please help me fix this issue.

In the past couple of weeks I've noticed this happening a lot; particularly in YouTube. Menus don't show items (regardless of appearance color mode) until I refresh the pages, or thumbnail images fail to load. Sometimes the images will load after waiting for several minutes. Drop down menus won't sure their items unless I refresh the page.

I tried Microsoft Edge and the problem doesn't exist there. I prefer Firefox, but don't like these annoying glitches.

I've also noticed, again on YouTube, if I'm watching a Playlist, the comments under the video are not shown IF I have the playlist open on the side, but if I close the playlist or change the video mode to Cinema Mode, the comments suddenly reappear.

Again, this issue doesn't occur if I use the Edge browser.

I've ruled out my BitDefender Internet Security App and its VPN.

In one of my real estate programs, my downloads come up as canvas.png, instead of PDF. (this has been for 2 days, now....it was working correctly before this.). If I use the same program in Chrome, it works correctly. I have updated. Thank you.

Am a longtime subscriber to NYT. In the past few weeks, I'm being asked to verify my account. NYT claims there are multiple devices using the account; in fact, I'm the only subscriber in our household, and I use a Mac desktop unit exclusively. NYT's AI-bot sez Mozilla Firefox may be the problem causing this now-constant nuisance of emailed one-time verification codes.

Google Search CAPTCHA persists unless you sign in to your Google account. This only happens in your browser, from versions 140 to 149. Other browsers don't have this problem. Changing the user agent used to help. Now, nothing works.

I am finding more and more that i have to go to Chrome to fill out forms. When there are check boxes on a website like the League of Women Voters to renew membership i find i can not click the box when using firefox. has something changed across the web or is there a privacy setting i can disable temporarily or ... something else? i really try to avoid Chrome but it seems that is the one browser that works consistently. And now i try to click the box at the bottom of this page to get email answers and it doesn't work. wow.,

Once you log into this page, it directs you to Microsoft CoPilot. From here the user can select which Office App they would like to open or they can open their Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Until recently, this worked fine, now though when you get directed to the CoPilot page it does not allow the user to select anything on the page. We have put the browser in Troubleshoot mode and experienced the same issue. On a separate device (outside of the network) installed Firefox and ran into the same issue. On a third device that also did a fresh install of Firefox and does not have our SentinelOne Anti-virus Software on it and experienced the same issue. We tested on a mobile device and the site works well so it seems to be isolated issue to desktop/laptops. The page loads up perfectly on all the devices with no errors, its solely when trying to click within the site that none of the functions work.

Over the past week or so, I've been finding that Youtube videos don't start from the very beginning - the very opening is missing.

So as examples, you're playing a song that you know starts directly on a beat, but that first beat gets missed, or there will be an opening sentence such as "Everybody is talking about the latest... " and what you hear is more like "Vrybody" - you can clearly hear that It's slightly off.

This relates to Firefox in three ways.

My initial thought was that there is some conflict with using an Adblocker (uBlock in my case) as Youtube is trying to force a pre-video ad that won't play, but even with the adblocker disabled the problem persists.

I then cleared my Firefox Youtube history so it loads as a completely fresh version - but the problem is still there.

Finally, I tried the same video on Chrome to see if this is definitely a Youtube issue...and it plays correctly without a problem.

Therefore, the problem seems confined to Firefox but I am unsure where - what setting needs to get tweaked to sort this out?
