I have a new dell computer with windows 11. My other computers with windows 10/11 work fine with FireFox but this machine will not load my email website. It must be a setting on this machine.

try loading webmail.shaw.ca use the account bubbleman@shaw.ca password FireFox.

(it is a dummy account for problem solving)  When you click sign-in, the button turns grey for about 5 seconds, then turns blue again.

inspect(q) shows the following error message

Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://siteintercept.qualtrics.com/dxjsmodule/8.372e3f9662e7442947d8.chunk.js?Q_CLIENTVERSION=2.22.0&Q_CLIENTTYPE=web&Q_BRANDID=webmail.shaw.ca”.

I tried following the Configuring Windows 10 Firewall and deleted firefox, then put it back.. My ISP (Rogers.ca)says use a different browser. I have been a confirmed user since Netscape days! I am not very knowledgeable with Windows so any help that you may give me would be appreciated

i recently noticed that my audio is stuttering a little bit on firefox desktop, expecially on youtube. i already tried the app on incognito mode withou any extension enabled, notthing worked. can be the last Nvidia driver? can be a recent (1 month more or less) mozilla update? can you guys help me please? i ve also formatted the whole pc: nothing

Running firefox 133.0.3 cannot get the review checker icon to show on amazon, bestbuy, or walmart. about:config options all "true" or enabled. Running addblock plus but turned off for amazon without any change.

I have noticed that Firefox has some severe performance issues, whether it be playing Youtube videos, or loading websites, or even loading localhost while running a node server, which doesn't even require an internet connection, yet it takes time to reload the page, which instead only takes an instant on Chrome.

I have tried installing extensions on https://addons.mozilla.org. Everything else online works fine, but https://addons.mozilla.org gives me "Download failed. Please check your connection. " after 10 minutes of loading icon. Browsing works fine. I have tried with and without a VPN. It used to work. Other devices, and firefox on dualbooted linux work fine.

I followed the instructions that Eduardo from the Mozilla Support Team sent (see below) and I'm still unable to sign into Mozilla Connect.

"Before signing back into Mozilla Connect, I recommend refreshing your Firefox installation and clearing the cookies and cache for mozilla.org in order to eliminate any potentially faulty configuration files in Firefox, as these may also be causing the connection issue you're experiencing. You can also try opening a Private Window to access Connect."

I've re-linked my Mozilla account with my Google one but I still receive the 401 error when trying to access Mozilla Connect. I have also tried the disabling Windows Defender and Nord VPN & Threat Protection Pro.

I will note that I'm able to access Accounts and Support without issue.

I don't know what else I can do, this seems like I need someone from Mozilla to take action? ---

I updated to 133.0.3 just now and Firefox will not load any pages in new tabs. The only tabs I have open are the ones that were open when the application restarted with the update. For example, I could not open https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/133.0.3/WINNT/en-US/firefox-help to report this bug because it was not already open (I am reporting to you using Brave). This is happening in both new tabs and new windows.

I am trying to troubleshoot a problem with high CPU usage by Firefox when using Mozilla VPN - VPN ON.. Problem occurs when starting in Safe Mode, and still occurs after performing Refresh. Problem can also occur just by changing to a new tab. Problem does not occur if Mozilla VPN is turned OFF. Problem does not occur with Microsoft Edge. Mozilla VPN Support said it is a Firefox issue, and recommended contacting Firefox if safe start or refresh did not help.

I have a brand new Pc, with an AMD Ryzen 9 7900x processor, and an Asus GeForce RTX 4070 Ti graphics processor.

Operating system is Windonws 11

When loading firefox, all words "corrupt" when the cursor is moved over them. Either they create blank spaces, ascii keys or just general gibberish.

This does not happen with Microsoft Edge.

All drivers are up to date and I have deinstalled and reinstalled Firefox twice.

The issue is I do not have "Pictures" highlighted under the "Insert" menu. However, I do have "Attach file" which I did but once attached to the email I cannot drag the picture into the text and scale it as in the past.

When I try to insert/drag the picture into the text, the message "The following files couldn't be attached: Filename.jpg. Please try again later." appears at the very top of the display.

"Link", "Pictures", "Emoji", and "Table" are all not hi-lighted. Do not know why???

Says Firefox is up to date!

I switch from Chrome to Firefox and imported all my "bookmarks". How do I view all the folders I had in my Chrome bookmarks? If I click the >> at the top, the bookmarks are not listed the way they were on Chrome, and I can't find the numerous folders of bookmarks that I had set up. In the saved links that do show up in the list, I see hundreds of links but they are unorganized. An outdated folder that says "Imported from IE" shows up in the list several times, but it's not the list I had on Chrome. Help ;>)

I have used Firefox for more years than I care to remember, but at the moment I'm forced to use Safari, which is OK but missing several vital features for me like translating Greek web pages!

The problem I have is this:- Whenever My M2 macbook Air running Sonoma 14.7.2 goes to sleep and wake it the screen is flickering and needs a hard restart. After lots of trial and error it appears to be something to do with Firefox version 133.0.3 (aarch64) as it only happens when I leave Firefox running.

I have run the Apple offline diagnostics multiple times immediately after the crash but I never get any reported errors. Interestingly I get no dialog from Apple that my Mac has crashed or needed to be restarted

I have restarted my Mac into safe mode, same problem

I have refreshed Firefox several times, same problem

Any help woulld be much appreciated!

This happens when I click a link in an email or elsewhere. Firefox responds otherwise, I can open links within Firefox. It used to simply open the link in a new tab.

How can the previous behaviour be restored? so I can open a link in an existing FF window?

I want to know how to adjust audio (treble/bass balancer) for videos playing in Firefox. Your page at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/control-audio-or-video-playback-your-keyboard#w_what-is-the-media-control-feature refers me to https://specifications.freedesktop.org/mpris-spec/2.2/ but this URL is a 404. Is there another page that might help? Thanks.
