Hello! I'm having an issue specifically in Firefox Developer Edition only. Whenever I set a video to go fullscreen from any domain/service, little strips on the top of left of the fullscreen video show my desktop (shown in attached screenshot). I've tested this in regular Firefox as well as Google Chrome and fullscreen videos work just fine on both of those browsers.

Before this current version update, this problem would happen the first time putting a video in fullscreen, but every subsequent attempt during the same browser session would not have the issue. However, I'm now unable to achieve a true fullscreen video in Firefox Developer Edition no matter how many times I try.

Currently on version 145.0b3 (64-bit)

Never really bothered asking. But now i think it's time. Why is it, that Firefox, never, ever, remembers it window size or position?

1. I use Firefox exclusively in fullscreen. Every time, after i've started my pc and launched Firefox, it never starts fullscreen.

2. I use Firefox in windowed mode, i resize and place it where i want it to be. Every time, after i've started my pc and launched Firefox, it never remembers it's size nor position on the desktop.

I do not understand why that's a thing.

Pc's: multiple win11 machines.

Im using a lot of web notifications. Where can I find a list for advanced preferences options I can use on web alerts under config://about?

Im Firefox Developer habe ich seit ca. einer Woche das Problem, das die Lesezeichen nicht mhr funktionieren. Kann weder etwas anzeigen lassen, hinzufügen noch importieren.

Das zweite Problem habe ich heute 07.11.2025 festgestellt, habe einen neuen Tap geöffnet und es werde auf einmal die gespeicherten Webseiten nicht mehr angezeigt.

Was kann ich tun? Developer habe ich gelöscht und wider installiert, auch resettet, doch es geht nicht. Auf der zweiten Firefox Brwoser habe ich zwar die Lesezeichen, doch kann keine Webseite mehr hinzufügen. Auch bei öffnen eines neuen Taps, sind die gespeicherten Webseiten verschwunden.

When i switch tab bar to vertical and then open another application with firefox-developer side by side with hyprland tile management system,, some button is not taking mouse click on exact location.

In the image below it is taking click on the list all tabs when i am trying to press menu

Both test on testufo and random website, frame rate drop significantly, feels like soft locked on 60hz when using dGPU.

I'm using Firefox Developer Edition 143.0b5 (64-bit), running on macOS Big Sur (11.7.10). My bookmarks for Facebook, Instagram, and Threads won't load on the first click. Most of the time I am presented with a blank white page. Sometimes I might get part of the page to show. I have to click on the bookmark a second time and then the page loads completely. This behavior doesn't happen with any other bookmarks I have.

Anyone know why this is happening?

Hi. I'm on Tahoe since 24 hours. I have Lulu installed. Lulu blocked an outgoing connection called ping sender that wants to connect to 34.120.208.123 and is related to Mozilla as Lulu says. But when I run a whois on this ip I get

Hello,

After a recent Firefox update, I've noticed a new behavior with pinned tabs. When the browser window is not maximized, scroll arrows appear next to the pinned tabs if they don't all fit. These arrows disappear when the window is maximized.

I would like to disable these tab scroll arrows and revert to the previous functionality where the pinned tabs would simply shrink to fit the available space.

Is there a setting, perhaps in about:config, to completely turn off this tab scrolling feature for pinned tabs?

I'm using the AI chatbot in Firefox Developer Edition's sidebar and I was wondering if it's possible to set the web page from the active tab as the context by default for all future chats.

Is there a setting (checkbox) for this somewhere?

When adding an extension, the icon doesnt appear in the tool bar, and is not visible in the customisation menu of the tool bar. It's also impossible to take an extension icon off the tool bar (customisation menu).

Hi Mozilla Suport teams, i am currently using the mozilla for the developer version and the app runs flawlessly, and i love it. But i have some suggestion for the developer at mozilla to make a tab that can group the tab into a fresh tab like the google chrome has, and since i open so many tab in this browser, i would absolutely love it where the feature of grouping tab is available for me, so i can group them in name and leave it there, rahter than open up more than 10+ tabs in a window. After a update my browser was running very slow, I'm not sure what I did but my whole browser, including history and bookmarks and add ons reverted back years. But I have a whole folder of Old Firefox Data which is from today.

How do I get this back on there and get everything back to normal?

I am running Firefox Developer Edition (123.0b1) on Windows 11 and every time I start Firefox it maximises and then resizes to a set size with the maximise button set to restore size mode (I.e. the window thinks it is maximised). I have followed the steps detailed for this question: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1411093 however that does not resolve my issue. This has only started recently after I turned the laptop into a tablet and back again. Once I "restore" the window and then I maximise the window it works as expected. However it is very annoying. Also if I start another instance of Firefox this new instance does not exhibit the same behavior.

Computer: HP Envy OS: Windows 11 with all current updates and as far as I can tell AI is turned off using a group policy.
