FF will not allow me to view or blip music on blip.fm. Used to work fine but last 10 days, won't even stay on the page long enough to lout out (styill logged in from previous session). Cannot blip any music either as page goes blank after two seconds.

A am attempting to access a Cisco server with a self-signed certificate. I can access it in MSIE.

When I try to access the server, I get the Firefox error “This Connection is Untrusted”.

I choose the option to “Add Exception”.

The following dialog box says; “Valid Certificate. There is no need to add an exception”, and does not give me the ability to “Confirm Security Exception” like it normally would. My only option is to “cancel” and go back to the previous error “This Connection is Untrusted”.

How do I get Firefox to allow me to access this web server?

I am an administrator for a small network (300 users) and am pushing out new images. Each user has their own log-in since I am using Active Directory. The problem is, I want to put Firefox on all of them and have AdBlock Plus & Adobe Flash to be added on when they log on with their profile for the first time and launch Firefox. Is there a way to have it set up through the default profile, so that it can be added each time a new profile is created on each individual machine instead of manually doing it?

i'm normally a firefox user. one day while i was on facebook all pictures wouldn't display and would show a grey line instead where the picture would be displayed. if i go on facebook on internet explorer, it works perfectly fine. i would prefer to use firefox as to using ie, and this has been an ongoing problem. any way to fix this?

My starting page is hijacked by a software which I have deleted. The option menu home page or starting page info is not changed, but I can't switch back the starting page to the webpage I wanted.

Ok, big prob! Placed a listing on ebay with html created with WYSIWYG Web Builder 7. Everything shows fine on eBay in IE8 but not in FF; my business info(everything from HTML file) shows as a VERY small scroll box just above questions and answers(Q&A not related, just giving a location so u can locate). I'm sure it might have something to with the html file but don't know what to adjust, etc. I can send that file as well but don't see a file attachment button here. FYI: Was using FF ver 3.6.8., downgraded to 3.5.11 to see if that helped.....nope.

currently i cannot enter websites, when there is an address in the URL bar, and when i press enter it will not work.

ive tested this with FF 3.6.6 and IE 7 and also Chrome, and i dont have the same problem.

i also couldnt seem to find a link to report this as a beta tester >_>

How can ensure that Firefox does NOT block the essential tracking codes used by cash-back sites? I gather that certain advert-blocking software also block the tracking codes that cash-back sites use to track subscribers' purchases. This would prevent the cash-back site from registering the subscriber's purchases, with the result that the purchaser (in my case myself) would lose out on the rebates that they have earned. I do not know whether Firefox blocks these by default, but could someone please let me know whether it does. And if Firefox does block these by default, how do I ensure that it does not? One cash-back site I subscribe to (specifically GreasyPalm) tells me I have earned only so much cash back so far, when my cash-back earned so far should be much more: they seem not to have tracked any of my ebay purchases, nor many purchases from other bone fide retailers whose sites I have accessed via the GreasyPalm links (also bone fide, I must emphasise). Any reassurance or advice most gratefully appreciated.

I cannot install Firefox on a Win XP Pro computer. Proxy server will not allow Internet access until Firefox is running. Microsoft Internet Explorer cannot go through the Proxy (too complicated to put details here). I need a binary install cor XP Pro that can completely install Firefox without an Internet Connection.

firefox crashes about 10 times per day. it doesn't seem to matter what sites i'm on. most of the time there is an error in reporting. i like firefox but it's becoming a big enough hassle that i'll have to stop using it if this continues.

Fire Fox updates itself even after I tell it not to. The new version it updates to crashes, adobe flash player doesn't work on it and it takes forever to load when it does work. I have used fire fox for years now but if this keeps up I will find something else to use.

I'm using and old dell inspiron 2600 with verizon broadband which i really don't need. i only use pc to surf the net for news & research & the occasional email. i hardly use the phone at all and would like to cancel this landline and use a newer product like a tablet or smart phone with wireless capability that would reduce my monthly phone/broadband bill of about $90. any suggestions would be much appreciated. tony nj
