FireFox updated to 136.0 (64bit), running on Winders11. Youtube does not play video. No error messages. no audio no video no buttons to click on to start. I really need to get this running. Your help is much appreciated. Thanks Stan W8SRD

MP4 Not loading:

I have uploaded a few MP4 animated images to our website, but they are not loading in the Firefox browser. It looks like they are getting corrupted. This issue only occurs in Firefox. I’ve also attached screenshots for reference. Can someone help me understand why they are loading like this?

youtube goes fulscreen but not in the richt way i can see the video fully but it does not cover my sreen fully an the under part of my screen it is not posting see image for a better picture

Please some help around the following issue, since a few days, Firefox will not play mp4 files directly in the browser. What it does when clicking to open an mp4 from the file server, it saves the file first and then opens a window to play it. Or it directly provides the save dialog window instead of playing it in the browser window directly.

Any ideas, appreciated. I have a lot of files to assess for my students, and this browser behavior makes it very tedious.

Can't seem to stream Netflix. Firefox is up to date. New Widevinecdm update today 4/2/2025. Apparently since that update (today) I can't stream. I get Netflix error code F7702-1003. Searched/read several FF articles/forum Qs - no help. did a "refresh FF" - no help. don't want to install Chrome (Google knows too much about me already). Netflix worked fine last night. Tried unchecking "play DRM controlled content" - FF(Netflix site) asked to enable DRM - clicked ok - reinstalled. no help. Hard reboot - no help. Still running a Win7 64-bit desktop OS - works fine.

I am using Firefox on gnome desktop on the PureOS variant of Debian. About three days ago, I went to listen to my Spotify playlist on Firefox, not through the Spotify app. I had no sound, checked my system settings and turned the volume for Firefox from zero back up to normal. The rest of the song played, but when the next song came on, again no sound. I watched the sound settings and when the song finishes, Firefox disappears from the sound settings list. When the next song starts, Firefox is back in the list but volume is set back to zero. I suspect this may be something in gnome, but I thought I would check here in case anyone else is seeing this issue. Thanks so much for any help or at least a shoulder to cry on :D

Hello! For some time now I suddenly have no sound in Firfox, otherwise the sound works everywhere, even in other browsers. All help instructions do not help. Do I have to switch to another browser for good? Thanks for help

Using Firefox 149.0.2 with windows 11 to watch videos on Rumble, there is a problem viewing videos. the top of the video is hidden behind large black band under the bookmarks strip. Only on full screen do I see the top of the video.

After opening a YouTube page and selecting a video to watch, I get a second page with the word DOWNLOADING on it. Sometimes is just another blank page that goes away almost immediately. This happen often.
