I am 67, and have memory issues. I am not good at technology. I have all my apps on this computer. I have changed emails over the years, and passwords, but never had to worry since APPLE takes care of that for me.

Ever since you updated FireFox, everytime I shut down for the night, you sign me out of all my accounts, some I have not gotten back yet because of email changes and passwords. I am pissed and I want to know how do I STOP This. Please tell me FAST. I am not sure I can do this much longer and I may have to get rid of Firefox if this can not be done. Thank you for your quick reply... tonight I will have to live with the emf crap and keep the computer on to keep from signing out of my apps... PLEASE HURRY and tell me how to stop this. I paid for an annual subscription of Mozilla's VPN on 9/8/26. However, when I try to run the VPN, it is telling me I have to wait for the monthly trial (which I had previously to reset). My invoice is 98Z6LFXQ-0001. Also, when I printed a receipt of my purchase, I noticed my zip code is incorrect. My zip code is 11224 (not 11229). I saw that it could possibly take up to four days for my purchase to be reflected, but I wanted to get ahead of this potential problem ASAP. Thank you! My question is - is there a way to make the AI Chatbot text on the left-panel of Firefox bigger? I have already use zoom on the browser but it only make the text on the browser bigger but not the left-panel...

When Firefox opens, I sign in to my email address and when that page opens - it says at very top of screen that Firefox is not responding and stays that way. Refreshed, restarted, pressed delete cache and nothing will correct this. No issue for years until last week so please fix or advise how to do so. Thanks. Herb [redacted email from public]

The new Pop Up in Firefox that asks me to choose how to open the link I want tosend to share with a relative, or a friend is driving me crazy. I'm 82 years old, I'm legally blind now and this new POP UP has to be disabled or eliminated somehow. I've searched instructions on YouTube and triedd under Privacy & Security, Permissions and disabled PopUps BUT The new Pop Up in Firefox is till functioning. I downloaded and installed the latest version of Firefox. Every email link in my mail.com email.com account now fails with this message: Error Code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG No Firefox setting changes are helping, but if I forward that and other emails with a link to another mail account I have, they links work perfectly fine. So I ave to conclude it is a Firefox issue, but I don;t understand how to fix it. Can anyone advise me, please? [redacted] @writeme.com
