On my main profile, I've tried clearing the data and cookies (though not the history) a couple of weeks back.

Will Firefox ever be updated to use end to end encryption so that users of Facebook Messenger can do audio and video chats as they did before META's change?

If not, Mozilla could lose a lot of Firefox users of Facebook Messenger. That includes me. I have been with FF since v0.93 :-P

Messenger audio and video chats work fine on several other browsers including Brave. There is even a Messenger App on the Microsoft store.

I would really like to see someone at Mozilla answer this.

I am suddenly unable to login to my iCloud account using Mozilla Firefox. I was always able to do so before now. I am able to login using Microsoft Edge browser. I have disabled the Firefox pop-up blocker but still not working. When I input my username and password, iCloud sends me an authentication code... but that next pop-up screen from iCloud having a place to input the code does NOT pop-up, so I cannot enter the code. That pop-up screen comes up in MS Edge. Any help is appreciated!! I'm running Windows 10

Firefox now takes forever to load Facebook. I tried resetting it but no joy. Duck Duck Go and the Microsoft browser are all much faster loading Facebook. Why is this? Can anyone help?

I have a new laptop and am using Firefox as my browser. But when I'm on Facebook, go to chats it says that video chat isn't supported by this browser. Does Firefox not allow this? I've tried going to permissions to allow Facebook to access my camera and microphone, but unable to do so. How do I use the video chat feature in Facebook chats?

Hi Google Maps all of a sudden is not showing the names of places in Firefox. When Google maps loads initially the names show for about 1 second and then disappear.

 I am on a Surface Pro 9.  

Google Maps works fine in Chrome.

I have already tried disabling extensions, clearing cache, and ensure the performance is set to run normally. 

What else can I do to fix this?

We have a web page we've created that is linked to by multiple other websites. For two of the sites where this is linked, Firefox (only) gives a "The Page Isn't Redirecting Properly" error. Using the exact same URL to link from other sites works fine in all browsers. Once you get the error, if you click in the URL and hit enter, the page will load fine. Any ideas? When searching that error, all the ideas I find tend to focus on the individual user's system, but this is happening for all users.

For some reason, I was unable to verify my account. I even thought I was wrong with my password, but that was not the case. When I use a different browser, Apple does not just ask me for a password but also a key; however, this option was not available on Firefox. With this, I can't log in to my iCloud on my Firefox Linux app.

Hi, I have an old PC with Win7 and Firefox 115.30.0esr (64-bit) (latest version from 11 november 25) and this website cultuursmakers.be has problems aka differences with Firefox 141.0.3 (of my Android tablet) and other browsers such as Chrome. The green heading block overlaps and hide the upper part of the content block. For example, if you select inloggen (log in), then you see that the user name (naam) is not visible and only the box for the password is shown. Work around: Right click on the header and select Inspect. In the Inspector (html column) select the header tag. In the Inspector (css column) uncheck in the '.header.--fixed' selector the line 'position: fixed;' Now the content block shifts down and all content is visible. Can you verify / fix that? When I try to sign in to Chase banking, it tells me to upgrade my browser, which I have already done. Had to use Edge to login successfully. Using Windows 11 Pro with current Firefox browser.

I'm trying to log into Peacock tv and i'm getting a message that my browser is not supported. It was working for months and I'm suddently getting this error message.

Yahoo Finance stock charts are not loading. Never encountered this problem before this week. A GeekSquad tech support person was not able to fix the problem and recommended I contact Firefox. Edge and Chrome load Yahoo Finance stock quote sites just fine; I'm only having trouble with Firefox. Any ideas on how to fix? Thanks! Carol

Dear colleagues, please tell me what could be the reason why the Google AI Studio is not displaying correctly. The buttons are invisible, the fonts are stretched, and it's generally impossible to work (see the attached screenshot). Please refrain from giving advice like "update Windows to a newer version," as this is an old computer (its motherboard was manufactured in 2007), but it still opens most websites fine. I don't currently have access to a newer computer with Windows 10.

I am unable to login to National Savings and Investments where I have premium bonds, savings certifcates and a savings account. I contacted them and they informed me that it was because of Firefox and I should use a different browser. I have cleared all cookies, caches, temporary files and browsing history but still no change. I am told that the connection has timed out and that secure.nsandi.com is taking too long to respond.

I'm trying to order multiple products on "Bulk.com", i have each tab open for every product that i wish to place in my "shopping basket". When placing the first product in the basket and then moving on to the next tab for placing the the next product in the basket, the basket does not update so that there's total of 2 products in the basket. I'm not sure why this is not updating, but when i tried to do the same thing in Microsoft Edge it worked just fine, and i also contacted Bulk about this and they tried on Google Chrome, which also worked for them. I don't use Chrome so i haven't tried it there. I've deactivate all ad blockers, I've also tried to clear all the cookies and nothing seems to work? So I'm wondering what else is there that i need to try or do so that it work as it should. I've also tried to buy things from other sites which works just fine, so I'm wondering why it works on some sites and not in others?

Cannot open AOL Mail or Facebook at times after sleeping my PC. If I revert to my Laptop or using MS Edge on my PC all is fine. I have reinstalled Firefox, but problem persists from time to time.

I've embedded a Youtube video from our company's YouTube page into our website. It works fine on Chrome, but on Firefox it displays the error message: 'Video unavailable Playback on other websites has been disabled by the video owner Watch on YouTube' I have not disabled playback on other websites. Where could this problem be? It looks unprofessional for the video not to be working.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I am receiving messages from my banks that my browser is no longer supported or that I should update my browser but my settings mean Firefox automatically updates. However, I cannot read PDF statements even though I have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed and, on further investigation, I see that Firefox no longer supports Adobe Reader. I am a fierce supporter of Firefox but does this mean I have to use another browser?
