After having upgraded my W11 system to 25H2, I cannot install any extension. Installation terminates with "... something may be broken". I'm using FF 144.0,2. FF is used in more than one account alternatively.

On a second system, with less security measures, I have no problems.

When I click on a link in emails to open in browser if email has display problems, it opens a blank webpage and a small window that I clicked on OK reappears with Firefox as my default browser. See attached screenshot. If I select Edge to open the email, it works fine.

Just what the headline reads, I have had zero problems before but with the new update my browser keeps slowing down and crashing on DuelingBook (a yugioh sim) even though it never did before. I havent tested other sites, but pokemon showdown works still so I wonder what the problem is.

Greetings, I have a problem with Firefox taking too long to load websites after login, while Edge loads websites immediately. It happens every time I lift the laptop lid and login. I have restarted Windows 11 and tested the load times of Firefox and Edge a while ago by going to Google. Edge loaded Google after 5 seconds, while Firefox 3 minutes and 25 seconds. That's long. Sometimes Firefox loads a webpage 10 minutes after login.

What could be the issue here and how do I fix it? I have the following extensions and I'm sure that they do not hinder Firefox.

German language pack not available :( manually downloaded verisons of german Language pack are incompatible.

My primary google account's language is set to english. If I search normally, then the results are shown in english. If I open a private window and search in google, the results will try to be in the regional english and google asks if I want to switch to english every time.

Hey there! It seems that my bookmarks are gone. I only see the place holder for them, but no link or anything else. What can I do? Is there a way to import the bookmarks from the Mozilla website? Curiously the bookmarks on Firefox Android are there, but I can't see an option to export the list from there. Many thanks for any help! Best, Wolfram

Hello, I have spent the last couple of hours reading through other questions and posts but nothing seeemd to work. If I try to copy a shared link in OneDrive or SharePoint on my desktop and then paste that link into Outlook Web App, the paste function does not work. The option is there, but the actual pasting does not materialise. CTRL+V also does not work. The only thing that does work is if I paste the link into another window first and then copy again, and the CTRL+V works. Right click and paste never works. I have tried this in a private window and in safe mode. I have also checked the clipboard settings in about:config to make sure they are not working against me. It works fine on Chrome. It has been like this since I moved over from Chrome a few weeks ago. Is this a common issue or a 'me' problem? I use LastPass and I cannot open any login information from the vault. I click on "Launch" (picture uploaded) and nothing happens. If I have a site open I can auto-fill the Username/Password. Some of the sites are tailored to a specific page - I rely on this. It works in Edge and Chrome. It did work before today in Firefox (can't say when specifically). Firefox password management disabled.

Per [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/control-personal-device-local-networ...] I was looking for Settings > Permissions > "Local network devices" but the option was not present.

Looking at about:config network.lna.blocking I found it set to "false" by default. Only after I changed this to "true" did the UI shows the "Local network devices" configuration option.

Why is this disabled by default? Isn't this a security risk? It seems like users should be notified by default and have the option to block these requests.

I find that many websites don't run on firefox. Examples are virgin atlantic, holiday autos and copa airlines. I have to switch to Chrome to use them. Considering that firefox releases updates frequently this situation is surprising. Is the firefox administration aware of this issue? Is there any way to overcome this problem?
