Why does Firefox has 13 processes open here and taking 700mb of memory. I went away for 2 minutes and when I left it has 6 processes and was taking about 300mb and then I came back to this.

When I first open Firefox from my home screen it opens up minimized in the top left corner and I have to click the minimize button and then the un-minimize button to get it to open full screen.

I have 1 password add-on installed along with other add-ons and extensions. They are not showing up next to the address bar as they used to. Nor can I access 1 password to open it and open my logons. I've been trying for over an hour to open it but can not.

As a Firefox user, I want to be able to whitelist websites as they continue to be impermissible to people using their website without having to give up all privacy, such that their website works.

Replication Steps: 1. Open Firefox Browser 2. Go to top left and click hamburger icon (3 horizontal lines) in top right under the close option 3. Click Settings 4. On left side click privacy and security 5. Locate permissions in the submenu 6. Location -> Settings 7. Add website into search bar and hit enter to add to whitelist

Current Result: Cannot add to whitelist and cannot utilize website with browser. Will be forced to use competitions browser.

Expected Result: Site would be added to whitelist and therefore allow use of a site that is arbitrarily adding forced location permissions because vpns are well... hurting their bottom line to be frank.

I usually do the copy and past from other pages to share with WhatsApp, but since yesterday I was unable to paste the links or any articles into WhatsApp Web

Any issues with FireFox with WhatsApp web or sonthing else

I've always been able to copy & paste text from other places to Whatsapp Web in Firefox Desktop computer before. But starting today, it's not working. It only works when I copy & paste text from Whatsapp Web inside but not from other software like MS office or Slack. It's very frustrating! I wonder if it has something to do with the newest Firefox update. Please fix asap!

After resetting my Firefox account password, all my saved passwords disappeared. Firefox for iOS has all the passwords but it doesn't sync with the desktop version. firefox [edited] @gmail.com account. How can I roll back to 15.08?

Whenever I click a link to track a UPS package or even manually enter the info on their website, I get an error message stating "We are unable to complete your tracking request at this time. Please try again later." That only happens with Firefox and no other browsers. I've tried to disable pop-up blockers with the same result. Any ideas of other things I could try? Thanks.

No matter what website I browse such as bing image, Github, CSDN Blog, etc., firefox always crashes randomly. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and the crash happened again. The crash report IDs are bp-b911c096-525b-4e37-b755-2c5630230818 and bp-937c99d3-7c33-47b3-aac1-c71980230818. I sincerely hope that someone can help me with it, I‘m more than appreciated.

I followed your suggestion to increase security and installed a primary password. My Samsung computer has apassword storage as well. the first time I used the properly verified primary password, it worked fine to get into my gmail. Now, when I want to open my gmail, a window asking for my primary password pops up, but repeatedly asks for the password and does not let me in. It blocks the Google pop up that also wants to verify it is me. I have removed the primary password in order to be able to use my computer!

Hi, Many websites are updating their security protocols, for example United (screenshot below), no pins, usernames or emails to sign in. After updating passwords yesterday I made the changes in Firefox Password Manager. Now it seems these new passwords don't work. Has anyone else report this? Thank you very much.

My Firefox was completely not working so according to the Firefox Support page, I uninstall and then re-installed Firefox. It is working fine now except I have none of my bookmarks anymore. I have tried every suggestion that is on the support page and there is NOTHING coming back. The instructions stated that my bookmarks would not be erased if I followed the instructions, which I did. I NEED HELP FINDING ALL OF MY BOOKMARKS!!

I accidentally blocked the DrJava website due to not paying strict attention to what I was doing on the screen when using Firefox to go to this site - www.drjava.org. I don't know how to reset my access to this site and this site only. Is there a method I can accomplish that will reset this ONLY blocked site on my Firefox and Dell PC. Thanks in advance.
