Why am I getting this PR-CONNECt-RESET-ERROR message when try to go to secure websites before the latest Firefox update?

How can I correct it or should I change my permissions to allow access to these sites, several which are .gov?

I have been a "light theme" user for 15+ years. Since updating to 96.0 today, a dark mode spreading across Firefox has been forced onto me, including:

• New tab background
• Background of any tab waiting to load a page
• Google/Youtube background
• Settings/add-ons/password menu backgrounds
• Automatic username/password drop-down background
• Background of the little box that appears on the bottom-left (the one which shows the URL when you mouse over a link)

I am unhappy with this and wish to have my usual theme back. Can anyone please assist?

(In addition, there is some sort of white border around the current tab, which I do not like)

Every since updating to the latest FF, I get messages from every major streaming video service that there is some type of error. Amazon Prime says to update to the latest version of FF, Pluto just says that it can't load the player, and generates a P-DEV302 error code. Since Chrome and MS Edge work fine, it's across multiple streaming service and it only happened after a FF update, it would seem that something in FF broke/changed. Any ideas?

I want to change my password. I can't remember the current password nor is it written down anywhere. I tried to delete my account and start over but I need the first password to do this.

The goal is to change the present password.

I get this error secure.ipower.com. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR when I try to get in contact with www.ipower.com my Internet website service. Any ideas I have tried to access functions in Firefox & Google get the same message. Does anyone know if this company is down, out of business or ???

tab groups on Chrome/Edge really help me in my work. Once one subject is complete, I close all the related tabs. But I am a Firefox user. I do not want to move to a Goggle or MS product that wants me to sign in and collate all my data in one place.

I do not want to use a plug-in - I trust the code that Mozilla writes but struggle to trust code that a third party writes and also has a "Not monitored by Mozilla" banner.

As FF had this feature in the past, are they adding to the roadmap to bring it back in the future?

Several sites I use (Yahoo, American Thinker) and occasionally other random sites won't load when I use your Add-Ons Privacy Badger, and Ublock. I get server can't be reached errors. I use ESET as my security app. Suggestions?

The latest update resulted in a totally different home page. Background was changed to black with white text. Very difficult to read. How do I change background colour and change text to colour to black?

Hi, I have a new pc. On my old pc I'm currently connected with my firefox account and the synchronization tells everything is ok and up to date. On my new pc, I installed firefox and signed in with my firefox account. Result: nothing happened.

How can I transfer my whole firefox experience on my new pc?

My POS system is set to open in firefox as defult page. So it would be nice if I could open it in full screen by default.

So Can I know, Is there any way to make the firefox window open in full screen by default?

I know that Firefox can expand to fill my entire screen with its Full Screen feature by togglling Full Screen keyboard shortcut of F11 key. But just I want to enable that feature by default.

Any suggestions on how to revert to full screen by default would be greatly appreciate.

By mistake I closed my window with many important tabs in it. I tried to recover it. it seems by trying to recover I also lost all my history. It seems that I did not following to instruction posted previously correctly. I would appreciate if I can get instruction in extremely easy and plain instructions how to recover.
