Hi,

I am the developer of the Dictionary Anywhere extension which is a Firefox recommended extension. Recently my extension stopped performing up to its expectations due to backend changes in public API that it uses to find meaning of the words.

However, I am unable to modify the code of extension to fix the issue as I am not able to login to my account due to it being behind MFA, and I have lost access to the phone which contains those MFA codes.

Can something be done here, to allow me to update the extension to rectify the issue that 50k users who use this extension regularly are facing? For example, can the extension be transferred to another account through which it can be updated, lots of users are suffering as the extension is not working. I have access to the source code of the extension .

for one thing i can hardly see what i am typing because, although i have Dark Reader turned on, it isn't functioning for this process, ie asking a question?

How can i make dark reader work everywhere, on all sites?

ALSO it does seem highly ironic that it doesn't work here!

Hello, I just would like to ask you few things. It is 2 years ago and I was told Mozilla had issues with new updates for different deviece, as Mozilla supposed to disappear totally from everywhere...

I know Mozilla is a Linux browser, where I can also use DuckDuckGo for my safety. Can you give me a good quide haow to use Mozilla as best I can a at the same time to feel absolutely safe and being worried of hackers (happend to me unfortunately)...

Can you give me some good advice what add-ons are good to use but also to tell me what add-ons or "Mozilla Tunning"I should avoid?

Sites tell me they won't show the page unless I disable AdBlock. I had it many years ago, but uninstalled it years ago. It does not show up in my extensions list. So, what do I do? Thanks, Bob K

Hello 1) How can I stop Google pop-ups? Each time I open a homepage that requires a log-in, a Google pop-up is disturbing and presses me to log-in via Google. This is harassment. I do not want to be harassed. 2) Firefox support: Each time I would like to get an answer, that is what I want, when I ask for support, I have do a lot of work until I get the bottom to contact you. Time is money, for me too. Where is the direct button to ask? 3) When I got an answer from you, is there a way I can store my questions and your answers? How do I activate the VPN Extension to exclude certain websites? I have added the extension and I already subscribe to VPN but a can't find the Preferences to select a website for exclusion.

Some sites I use will not let me use them unless I stop using add blocking. I have not installed an add blocker so I am thinking it must be one in Firefox. Assuming this is true, how can I discontinue the add blocker at a specific site so I can access/read/use its contents. Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to provide. Ken

I'm trying to add the "current" (5.23.13 Oct '24) Nordpass extension to a computer (where I had successfully added it just a week ago, under another account)... but when I searched extensions yesterday, only the older/Legacy version of Nordpass (4.33.10 Nov '22) is shown in the results. Searched from a couple other computers that I manage, all only show the Old/Legacy Nordpass extension.
