Please I want to remove Ai from Firefox Mozila permanently on Windows 11 for all users/profiles:

I tried a lot of workarounds but they are unsuccessfully: I tried to create extensions (Hide Gemini, AI Google Overview), but they do not work for all users; only profile-based extensions are supported. I tried to use preferences using internal settings on Firefox, but it does not apply to all users. I tried using a script on PowerShell for all users merging internal preferences, but it does not work I copied the local and roaming settings from Firefox to the Default profile, but it was unsuccessful.

I also tried to remove "All" from the search page, but I moved the seach to go to the tab "Web" only.

I was using WhatsApp and i am facing problem. This account can no longer be used on WhatsApp. I have not done any such mistake on WhatsApp and my whatsapp is not working. It is very important to me. I need help for if i search a site it automatically fills out stuff i dont want like instead of me needing this www.(site).com it dose www.(site).com/de and i DO NOT want this de at the end bc yesterday it all worked fine but since de is there it dosnt work anymore and i cant remove de it gets automatically added back

I have attached an image of the setting panel that used to have options for the home screen of Firefox. There are no wallpapers to choose from and the Home screen is barren.

Even though it is working perfectly fine on their homepage. Hopefully Mozilla can fix this.

In the mean time: how can I *force* the translation feature to appear?

My Mozilla Firefox bookmarks are Bookmarks 2025-07-22.JSON. They worked well on my older Dell computer. I bought a new Dell desktop computer. I am disgusted with Google. My bookmarks on my C Drive. If you can't help me reload those bookmarks, I may as well decide to delete Firefox and use another such as Total Browser. I certainly hope you will help me load 2025-07-22.JSON on my new computer - it is ridiculous that Firefox wants to put in the full address on the C Drive instead of simply loading those. On Firefox on my last computer I used News which was bookmarked Daily Wire, Epoch Times, Salem News Channel, God's World News, One America News, Washington Times, New York Sun, and local Sterling Virginia Weather. I also use biography sites https://www.Worldhistory.org and Britannica.com [both of which I pay for monthly, as https://www.wikipedia.org/. I also have a Biography folder with names from A to Z I also have many music folders 1940s, 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 1990's, 2000s, Music group and singers A to Z, Blues music, Bluegrass, Christian Alternative Music, Country classic, Country & Western Gospel, Folk Singers, Jazz, Motown, Soul and many others which I have gathered over the past 10 years

What the hell do you guys do with the latest update?? My home page is all screwed up and does not look or act at all as my old home page. Apparently there is no way to go back to the "old" look and feel. Not a good decision. Seriously thinking of abandoning Firefox (since I used it in WIndows-7) for a browser that will make my life easier, not harder. At 81 years old I don't time to waste futzing around trying to get my home page to work. "Technology getting in the way of Life." I used to have a Pocket icon. Yes, I know it's going away.

I'd like to use the TenTabs icon. Where is it?

And if you tell me it's on the "Customize Toolbar", I can tell you that, no, it is not.

I understand, it's not an easy task, but the browser becomes unusable, if every time I install a new extension, there is no quality check whatsoever, and I end up having to restart in troubleshoot mode to find out which extension is causing parts of the webiste I am visiting to now show up. It's just frustrating. I very much value having to many extensions and that's why I use Firefox on a mac as the main browser, but something has to be done. Extensions should satisfy some basic rules and not cause malfunctioning!

On June 10, 2025, Windows installed an automatic update. This caused my Dell laptop to freeze every 2 to 3 minutes and I would reboot and start over. After 4 days of this trying every fix I could think of, I took it to the local computer repair shop. He said my video driver was bad. I think that was caused by an interaction with the Windows update. He fixed the video driver. Now the problem is I can increase the font size in Firefox fine, but I can't increase the tab and address bar sizes no matter what I do. I have been searching for days and trying everything suggested. Do I have to take it back to the repair shop or can you help me?

Question above. Enabling sidebar (for vertical tabs) stops Wikipedia at any zoom from autodisplaying the Table of contents for an individual page.

I really wish I could stop this. Love vertical tabs. Love the Wikipedia Contents displayed by default. Can't have both.

Why it disappeared? It was always there. I am logged in Pocket and tried to restart Firefox. Maybe it has to something do with recently added AI side panel? It seems that since then my Pocket icon is missing. Browser version: 140.0.2 (64-bit) OS: Linux Mint MATE 21.3 (Virginia) Kernel: 5.15.0-143-generic
