I've lost access to my primary email. I'd like to change emails, but am unable to access to code being sent to the primary I've lost access to.

I just set up firefox on my personal computer, but am having problems changing my primary email from my work email ([email address]) to my personal email ([email address]). Can you help? Hi, I found this page in the support forums which kind of answers my question, but it says in order to get my username changed (for the same reason the original poster of that page was requesting it) I need to contact an administrator. However, there's no information on how to do that and the thread is archived.
