Wrong IP address location and very slow download/upload speed.

I have Firefox on two Apple devices- IP address location and speed is fine on one but IP address on the other is nowhere near where I live and the processing speed is very slow.This IP address appears blocked on some sites. I am not operating a VPN. Safari on the same machine works fine, with correct location and good speed. I have tried all the Fixes that I can find on line without success. Firefox is up to date.

Firefox 145.02 fails to load websites immediately after Windows 11 Pro x64 startup.

Why does Firefox, AND ONLY FIREFOX 145.02 fail to load ANY AND ALL websites after Windows 11 pro x64 startup? I have to close Firefox, restart it, then close and restart … (funda kabanzi)

Why does Firefox, AND ONLY FIREFOX 145.02 fail to load ANY AND ALL websites after Windows 11 pro x64 startup? I have to close Firefox, restart it, then close and restart it at least 3 times before websites will load fully. AND IT IS NOT A WINDOWS 11 PRO x64 issue.
