What would be the perfect way to sync extension settings accross devices?

I use Firefox for desktop in Windows, and I use Firefox on Android as well. I have enabled sync and signed into both browsers.
What I want to do is sort through the 50+ tabs that are open on my Android Firefox browser by opening them in my desktop Firefox session.
I am aware that I can open them one-by-one by following this how-to:

However, this is inconvenient: I want to open them *all* in one operation. This way, I can quickly bookmark them read them, and then confidently close all of my tabs in Android. (I have ADHD and this would help me a lot).
Is there an extension or option that would allow me to do that?
If synchronisation works bidirectional - does that mean that all bookmarks vanish on all added computers when they are erased from one of them? Can and should one define … (funda kabanzi)
