Previously all my tabs would launch when I opened Firefox. Recently it has stopped doing so. Only one tab opens. All the other tabs I use frequently do not open. Why is this? How do I have all my tabs open when I open Firefox

Any time I want to go to a different URL or link—and I have marked in settings to open in a new tab—instead I am getting new windows.

Tonight when I launched Firefox, I started getting everything opening in a new window, rather than a new tab, which is what I have indicated in settings and have always had before. Even if I drag a tab from a new window to a previous window, I cannot close the tab. All I can do is close the window.
