I'll be on a page, maybe Facebook, the NYTimes, Amazon, or really any site, and suddenly I find I can no longer scroll, or otherwise navigate the page. I usually have to refresh the page, not so great an option, if I was in the middle of doing something, and and then it'll work OK. I shouldn't have to be doing that, and wonder why pages will just freeze up like this.

Please help, it looks like my passwords are not synced anymore on any Mozilla I use. I sue a Mozilla portable at home and a classic desktop on my office. The synchronyzation works for bookmarks, browse history and download history but not a single password is imported on my sessions ! My files are present : see screenshot01 so my passwords are here. Login.json contains data. So what's the problem. The debug mode said that : see screenshot 02 Thanks for the help

I can not log in to home depot website because it won't send me the verification code. No other website gives me this problem and I can log in with Chrome.

How can I fix this?

Hello, I am trying to access the camera on a website (Unstop Quizverse) using Firefox on my Android device, but the camera is not turning on / detected properly. I have checked the site permissions, but the camera prompt is still not working. Could you please guide me on how to enable/fix camera access permissions for websites in Firefox Mobile? Thank you!

I have encountered a problem recently with on particular forum site.

When I attempt to login I receive an error after pressing the submit button. 

The form displays this error "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again."

I have been using the site regulary for several years and have never had this problem

The following is what I am using:

    Firefox ver 153.0.1 64 bit
    Windows 10 and/or Windows 10 (yes this is happening on all 3 of my PCs)

The forum site is using phpBB Forum Software. I do not know the version. As stated above they have been using this software for several years.

In trouble shooting this issue I have discovered that if I do the following in the specified order I can login and create and respond to posts and Private Messages. But as soon as I log out I receive the invalid form message until I do the following steps again.

            1) Clear all cookies, temporary cache, site settings, browsing and download history, site settings
               and saved form info.
            2) Shutdown Firefox 
            3) Navigate to my profile with Windows Explorer 
            4) Delete the file cookies.sqlite

I must do this each and every time I access the site.

I am at a loss as to what to do about this. Does Firefox have any error logs or console logs? If so how can I enable them to see if I can get a better idea of what is happening?

I'm seeking support to try to resolve an issue that has recently started happening. I can't be the only one who is experiencing this, so if this is resolved others can benefit too. I'm not a complete novice, but neither do I claim to be an I.T. expert.

I use my ISP's webmail service to access my emails. I'm aware I could use an email client, but I prefer to access via a web browser and have done so for many years. About a week ago, I was no longer able to sign in to my webmail. I thought it may be a problem with my provider, so I checked using other web browsers - Safari on iOS which worked and Microsoft Edge (using the same internet connection, same desktop PC) which also worked and continues to work without issue. I can only think it must be something wrong with Firefox? I can access the sign in page as normal using Firefox and select my email address, but after attempting to login I always get the same error message:

Sorry, we can't sign you in just now

Don't worry, it's just a quick pause to help keep your account safe.

Instead:

   Use a device you've signed in on before
   Try again from a familiar connection
   If you're on a VPN, switch it off and have another go

I have 2 extensions installed in Firefox - Adblock Plus and Ghostery. I have already added the specific URLs to the allowed websites list (first is the sign in page, second is what it redirects to):

mail2.virginmedia.com oauth.virginmediao2.co.uk

I have searched around for possible solutions, to no avail. Virgin Media advise only signing in on their main home page, but I've never done this as its just another step and extra unnecessary clicks. I don’t want to constantly be bombarded with news, offers and promotions every time I want to check my email, so I only use the direct webmail sign in.

I have tried clearing cache, cookies, etc. Then I tried to refresh Firefox, none of which worked. I also tried uninstalling Firefox, then using CCleaner to perform a clean up and registry scan to fix any possible issues, followed by a clean installation. To my surprise, I was able to sign in to webmail OK. However, the next morning, I got the same error. The only other settings I have tried tweaking is adding exceptions to turn off "Enhanced Tracking Protection" and "Block pop-ups and third-part redirects" on those 2 web addresses.

Any suggestions or options to try would be appreciated.

MY FIREFOX IS HAVING AUDIO ISSUES. THE VOLUME INCREASES BY ITSELF IT HAPPENS USUALLY IF I ENTER OR EXIT FULL SCREEN MODE, OR IF THE VIDEO OR MOVIE STOPS TO BUFFER FOR A MOMENT IT WILL COME BACK ON AT 3 OR 4 TIMES THE VOLUME. ITS A IRRITATING REGULAR OCCURRENCE. IVE TRIED SETTINGS, AND UPDATES BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO FIX IT. IT SEEMS TO HAPPEN ON ANY WEBSITE I USE. (YOUTUBE, SEVERAL MOVIE WEBSITES AND CARTOON WEBSITES. ITS BEEN GOING ON FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS AND ITS VERY FRUSTRATING. I HAVE TO CONSTANTLY READJUST IT IN AND OUT OF ALMOST EVERYTHING I WATCH. HOW DO I FIX THIS ?

Sadly for me it is absolutely not the case It has been a few days since I can't use Firefox at all. When I try to open it, it tells that there is a "side by side error" and that I should use sxstrace.exe. I did that and it tells me that It can't find mozglue, mozglue.MANIFEST, mozglue.DLL. I use Mozilla in French (it is my mother tongue), and it can't find them in French, English or in Neutral :

Thinking it was also linked to the Redistribuables Microsoft Visual C++, I just downloaded all of them again.

My version of Mozilla is 152.0.6.595 and I am on Windows 10.

Please I really need your help and don't want to lose any of my tabs, bookmarks and passwords as I was making very important research for my PHD studies.

I am writing to you regarding the blocking of my Mozilla account. The block occurred on August 5, 2026, after which I have been unable to use my login credentials to access the system.

I have constant access to the linked email. Prior to the block, I was able to log in successfully from my tablet, but when I tried to log in from my laptop, I immediately received a block on the first attempt. No verification code was received via email, nor did it appear in the spam folder.

I kindly ask you to investigate this situation and assist in restoring access to my account. I am ready to provide any additional information if required.

When I frequently turn off my computer using the system unit's power button, meaning a quick shutdown, after several such shutdowns, when I launch the browser, I'm prompted to log in again. Bookmarks that weren't synced disappear. And I'm also logged out of all the websites I was logged into, forcing me to log in again. Cachyos Linux.

Has anyone seen this behavior? Is it really a browser issue or an extension one? Is it a config issue or a bug? I'm juggling 2FA settings on slack for a per workspace basis, plus to Bitwarden confusing different workspaces I'm also having issues with saving updated passwords into Bitwardens vault I'm also logged into my Mozilla account I'd like help troubleshooting this, thanks

While Using Youtube : from the starting page (that comes up with multiple Clips displayed), I attempt to do the following: By selecting Open Link in a new tab, or Open Link in Split View (So I can Watch a specific clip without loosing the original displayed clips on the starting "face Page") ...the selected Opened Link Immediately Becomes Greyed Out And Refuses to Play the the Clip. To watch that clip I must close the video clip that I selected to then return to the original opening page to then Move the pointer back over the smaller box-clip that I want to watch, leaving the pointer on that clip is the only way to watch the clip. This Just Started Happening Recently...... This is Happening Every time..... Apparently, if you want to watch ANY of the displayed clips from a Start "Face Page" you can Only watch by hovering the mouse pointer on that specific Small Box Clip on the starting page...I can't bookmark that page without selecting the page to another Face Page, which then looses the smaller multiple clips on the original face page that I started on.

When trying to access my Tablo units via my.tablotv.com, the browser appears to see the units (or perhaps it is using prior access data, I don't know). But when selecting a Tablo unit to connect with, the result is a "continuing" message with the usual circle, but then nothing else-- neither the expected successful connection nor the usual "problem connecting" message when something is wrong. I can still access the units as usual using firefox on my Chromebook, which I presume hasn't updated Firefox the same way. These are the older Tablo units, not the different system they are selling now.

I'll attach a screenshot. I did try "repair"ing Firefox using the built in Windows functionality, but that didn't seem to change anything. I was thinking of trying to uninstall firefox and reinstall it, if you think that might work. Let me know if you have any suggestions. Stephen Hedges
