I am trying to watch C-Span and I have removed all the ad blockers on my computer that I am aware of but I still get a message from C-Span to remove my ad blockers. Please assist me in whatever way you can. Thank you.

I'm facing a two-fold problem:

1. Firefox (138.0.4, 64-bits): when trying to open a website the URL is loaded in the FF-tab, but the screen stays empty

2. Thunderbird (128.10.0esr, 64-bits): downloading messages isn't possible anymore. When sending a message I get following error message (in Dutch):

I did a ping with following result:

I didn't make any changes to FF and/or TB, and my wild guess is that the necessary Mozilla servers aren't available anymore, due to:

Firefox will not run ITVX player but it runs BBCIplayer OK. Firefox says it is waiting for components to be installed but nothing happens, Microsoft edge runs both, firefox used to run ITVX, what is missing please?

Have been unable to login to Spectrum using Firefox for some time now. Checked with Spectrum techs & they say the problem is with Firefox. Also having trouble with other streaming sites using my ID's & passwords. They all seem to work using Chrome. Can you please help get back to logging in with Firefox?

MacOS 15.55 on my iMac no longer allows me to Zoom In or Zoom Out after assigning a keyboard shortcut

I was trying to look at an item on the Costco web page. As you can see from the image "Pop-up being blocked" the size selection is missing. I guessed and allowed pop-ups from Costco.com. As you can see from the image "Pop-up setting allow pop-up" the missing data is visible.

I thought Firefox would prompt if pop-ups were being blocked giving you the option to enable them. Am I wrong? How is a user supposed to know that there is missing data being blocked by Firefox?

Godaddy proved to me my SSL certificate is active. All the other browsers allow my to access my web page except Firefox. I removed Firefox completely, rebooted my router and computer, still gives me an error message Error code: SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE

So what's going on? If Firefox is not going to I will use another search engine. I have been using Firefox for several years without problems.

Can you fix it?

hi, the latest update seems to have removed the entire drop down bar from ebay, (copare 2nd atatched image to first, under username etc) to get this to work i am having to go through edge browser, can you please provide a working sulotion? 1st image from firefox (missing the entire navigation bar) and 2nd from edge. i hae disabled ublock and restard browser etc but the error persists.

I've switched to vertical tabs as soon as they became available, and although I prefer using them, at the moment there is an annoying issue with them. If you have one or several pinned tabs, clicking one of them does show the corresponding page, but you can't interact with it until you click into it. To reproduce, have at least one pinned tab and a normal one. If you click on a normal tab and then press "Tab", the focus will start jumping between elements that are focusable. But if you click on a pinned tab, pressing "Tab" will first jump through the tab bar a few times before finally getting to the page: First, the tab itself will get the focus, then the "New tab" button, then the "Customize sidebar" gear icon, and only then does the focus move to the page itself.

What's annoying about it in practice is that one of my pinned tabs is a site that uses keyboard shortcuts for interaction, and whenever I click on it and start pressing keys, nothing happens. Then I have to click into the page once to move the focus to it, and only then does it become usable again.

So, it would be great if pinned tabs would behave the same way as normal ones, immediately focusing the page when clicked.

There used to be a toggle in the high contrast settings to use system colors on all web pages, but now the option is gone. [This](https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-contrast-control#w_automatic-use-system-settings) post claims that automatic uses system colors, but with automatic enabled, I cant get the colors to actually apply.
