I was given a number as a recovery number and I’m trying to reestablish my email that is Thunderbird and also Mozilla and Firefox and I get all confused with all of that anyway it gave me a code number and every time it asks me for the code number for my recovery number It doesn’t allow me to put it in where it says confirm a button that says confirm every time I go to click it. It’s not on so I’m utterly confused and I am don’t know where to get help. The bottom line is I need to get my account fixed so I can get my email back again. I lost it a couple years ago and I’ve been struggling ever since.

I changed my email on my Firefox account a while back. I've been able to sign in on other devices but on a new Windows Machine, I'm unable to sign in. I try to use the p… (funda kabanzi)

I changed my email on my Firefox account a while back. I've been able to sign in on other devices but on a new Windows Machine, I'm unable to sign in.

I try to use the primary email, and it prompts me to make a new account.

My old email brings up an account to sign into but then it asks me to use the primary email. Any help would be appreciated.

Logging in on second computer results in incorect password

I'm trying to setup a new laptop and when I try to log in I enter my password, I get my email with my 2 factor code, enter it and then it kicks me back to the password sc… (funda kabanzi)

I'm trying to setup a new laptop and when I try to log in I enter my password, I get my email with my 2 factor code, enter it and then it kicks me back to the password screen saying "Incorrect password" . I've reset the password a few times and still get the same behavior. Am I only allowed to have 1 device logged in at once? I know in the past I was able to have multiple computers logged in.
