Since the auto-update to version 128.0.3 (64-bit) two weeks ago, my Firefox crashes as soon as I switch over to a different programme. I am on Windows 10. Whenever I try to re-open the programme, I get the error message that Firefox is already running and if I want to restart or quit. Can you please deploy a fix for this? Thank you.

I got an extension called BTRoblox and after installing it made most icons black and white. I uninstalled it and nothing changed, I tried changing my theme, restarting the browser, going in incognito tabs, and nothing has worked. I can't figure out for the life of me what this extension did to break Firefox.

Hello, I did everything mentioned in support articles, but the tabs on firefox are still crashing frequently, sometimes the first I open, sometimes it's the third... But it is making my work really difficult. the bookmarks menu won't list alphabetically. I have gone to manage bookmarks and chose sort A to Z. It will sort right then, but when I exit that menu it goes right back to not alphabetical

I just noticed after an update today that the Mobile menu entry (with bookmarks from my mobile Firefox instances) no longer appears in the browser's Bookmarks menu. I can access them from the bookmark manager, but this change seems extraordinarily stupid and arbitrary and is a definite step backwards.

There are 32 shortcuts on my home screen - 4 rows of 8 each. However, I accidentally "dismissed" one shortcut - now there are 31 total. I cannot figure out how to restore a shortcut. Is the solution in about:config (browser.newtabpage.pinned)?

I'm trying to move away from using Google, so I swapped to Duckduckgo and removed Google as a default search. However, "Search with Google" is still appearing in my search suggestions bar with a pin icon in the corner, and I can't figure out how to remove it. Does anyone know how to do this?

Hello, directions to change locations on weather app, At the top left of the New Tab page, hover over the weather information and click the configuration icon IG page actions.

   Click Change Location.
   Enter the new location in the field and select the desired location from the drop-down. 

I don't get a change location option in the menu.

What to do?

I use a theme which some years ago (after a change in the way Firefox handles dark-mode preferences) changed all UI and websites to use dark-mode. I was able to keep using the theme, and mostly override this behavior by setting:

`layout.css.prefers-color-scheme.content-override = 1`

However, this didn't take for some components, such as the sidebar and bookmark editor window, which still continue to use dark-mode.

Is there any way to completely disable dark-mode everywhere, and still use my preferred theme?

When I receive an email that has a link, Firefox opens without any of my settings. This also happens with Firefox pop-ups, which indicate I don't have certain products, such as Web Advisor, even though I do.

I guess the first question is why a new iteration of Firefox is opened when I already have it running.

Hello. How can I post HTML code snippets in support.mozilla.org questions ? All HTML code is rendered and none of the usual markdown (``` etc.) works.

Whenever I try to print something in Firefox my printer list only shows the last half of the network address, excluding the critical make and model number of the printers. Because of this, it's very difficult to determine which printer is which from the list.
