With Firefox 135.0 i cant reach google.com but google.se i can.

I make daily images of C: and today i managed to go back one day to 2025-02-06 but accidentally chooses 2025-01-06 and with the older version of firefox i could reach google.com

I have tried to delete cookies. DNS over HTTPS off. No proxy in connection. Add-ons off but to no avail.

Why can't I open?

Firefox can’t connect to the server at water.weather.gov What can you do about it?

Try connecting on a different device. Check your modem or router. Disconnect and reconnect to Wi-Fi.

When I opened up Firefox this evening, websites stopped working if "DNS over HTTPS" is set to "Max Protection". In some instances, such as YouTube, the website loads, but it acts like you're offline and tells me to turn on my Wi-Fi even though it's already on and running fine. Weirdly, it seems that setting DNS over HTTPS to Max Protection, loading a website, set DNS over HTTPS to a lower setting, and then reloading the website fixes the issue, but it'd still be nice if we didn't have to go through the hassle at all. I am trying to be nice but it's should be going both ways . Server Not Found. Firefox can’t connect to the server at www.rebaid.com. AND YOU GIVING ME ADVICE: "Try connecting on a different device. Check your modem or router. Disconnect and reconnect to Wi-Fi." We both know that my router is not the problem nor my PC/device. It's you and you should harder to connect me with a page-site.

I know little to nothing about computers. My Mozilla account says it is disconnected whenever I come online. I do not manually disconnect ever. Keeps telling me that it cannot detect proxy even though my proxies are set to off.

[redacted] problem you [redacted] im having issues with the video and ads as all of my apps are disabeld nothing works and firefox it self causing probs and no one is helping out.

I'm a beta update channel user, so this may not reflect what 'normal' users are seeing. I use Firefox in Linux, debian v13, so normal people that are using Windows or MacOS also might not see the changes I'm asking about? -- I have no way of knowing.

Anyway: in FF v152.0b6, the "Connection Settings" area seems to have disappeared entirely from the settings menu. I used this area of the settings frequently.

The ability to set proxy still exists in the about:config settings area. In the future, will about:config be the standard place to go for people that want to manually set (or toggle) an http/https proxy?

Any time I try to load a webpage on Firefox, I get the error which states "Firefox can’t connect to the server". This occurs when the DNS over HTTPS setting is set to 'off' or 'default'. When the DNS over HTTPS is set to 'custom', the error displayed is "Firefox can’t protect your request for this site’s address through our secure DNS provider. Here’s why: Firefox wasn’t able to connect to firefox.dns.nextdns.io." (it's the same for next DNS or cloudfare).

When I initially opened the DNS over HTTPS settings, this message was displayed: "DNS over HTTPS is not working because we encountered an error (NS_ERROR_CONNECTION_REFUSED) while trying to use the provider Cloudflare". However, this message went away and I have not been able to replicate it.

I have already tried everything suggested in the support article "Firefox can't load websites but other browsers can". I do not have any antivirus software installed. I reconfigured the proxy settings to no proxy. I changed the IPv6 settings. I changed the DNS Prefetching settings. Nothing has worked.

Safari works perferctly fine, Chrome is giving me similar errors.

I am trying to access certain HTTPS websites and some of them show PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR in Firefox. This error is not present in Edge or Chromium.

Here's what I've tried (none of these works):

• DNS over HTTPS turned off
• Uninstall all add-ons
• Reinstall Firefox
• Create new profile and set it as default
• Delete/rename certs.db in the Firefox profiles folder.

The only fix that works is to use Troubleshoot Mode every time I visit these websites which is not practical. Any ideas on what could be the problem?
