Despite having receiving an invite (an email titled-Your Smart Window invitation is waiting) to try the Smart Window, on click, I land on a screen for joining the waitlist.

Wondering if I'm alone facing this or it is just another bug.

For the last 5 or 6 days when I go to block a spam sender I get this message "We couldn't block this sender. Please try again later." It happens on every email address I try to block - so far, about a dozen or so.

Is this a temporary glitch?

Hello. This question concerns the Windows 11 desktop version of Firefox.

I have long used the Home and End keys on my extended keyboard to scroll to the very top of any given page in Firefox (Home) or to the very bottom of that page (End).

But, lately, I notice that, for no reason I can figure out, Firefox no longer responds to those shortcuts. Now, when I tap Home or End, the page may, at first, scroll up or down slightly but not to the top or bottom. If I press Home or End again, nothing happens at all.

Sometimes, if I press Ctrl + Home simultaneously or Ctrl + End the page will scroll to the top or bottom respectively.

Why has Firefox's behavior apparently changed? Is there an issue with my keyboard or operating system settings? (I use a Logitech G915 keyboard.)

Please let me know how to restore Firefox's shortcut functionality, where I can tap just Home to scroll to the top of a page or only End to scroll to the bottom of a page.

for accessibility and usability in Mozilla Firefox.

While checking, I noticed a few issues:

Keyboard navigation is not working smoothly (Tab key skips some sections) Screen readers are not properly identifying certain buttons and links Focus indicators are not clearly visible on interactive elements

I want to improve the accessibility of my website to ensure it works well for all users, including those using assistive technologies.

Are there any Firefox-specific tools or developer options to debug accessibility issues? Also, what are the best practices to fix ARIA roles and improve navigation?

Most of the keyboard shortcuts are not working. Copy-paste works, but others for example, Ctrl + F doesn't work. Very confusing and frustrating. Attached is the screenshot of Browser Console and it does show missing attributes. Not sure if this is a browser issue (currently using 147.0.3 (64-bit)) or I need to make certain change settings. I would appreciate any suggestions to resolve this issue.

because of my vision i use the contrast theme feature in win11. it works great except in my firefox browser 152.02. its dropdown menus are not in the contrast theme, therefore they are hard for me to read. is there a fix?

I paid for an annual subscription of Mozilla's VPN on 9/8/26. However, when I try to run the VPN, it is telling me I have to wait for the monthly trial (which I had previously to reset). My invoice is 98Z6LFXQ-0001. Also, when I printed a receipt of my purchase, I noticed my zip code is incorrect. My zip code is 11224 (not 11229). the latest update 136.0.3 is broken. When right-clicking an item, none of the choices work (e.g. right-clicking on any word brings up a menu with 'open in new tab' as a choice, but nothing happens)

After the most recent update, yesterday, the Windows Magnifier won’t follow typing in search boxes on web pages. i.e. Youtube, Amazon For instance, I had to type all this in an email and then copy/paste it to this text box. So apparently, it doesn’t follow typing at all on web pages. I am legally blind and I depend on this action. It does follow the typing in the search box on the browser itself, just not on web pages.

Sorry, I have no images to a;actually show this happening, except to say activate the Windows Magnifier and try it yourselves.

Google Gemini offered some solutions in ab out.config, but I rather hear from you guys before I try anything.

Is there a way to change the keyboard shortcut for the Bookmarks Library back to Ctrl-Shift-B?

I tried the old solution offered here (config.js / config-prefs.js), but it no longer seems to work in FF 131: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1318541
