Hello! I have a problem with browsing google maps on firefox. It's not consistent, but most of the time, after a few seconds of browsing maps via google maps, entire map goes black. Page restart does not help. I tried modifying values of webGL via about:config. I tried assigning external GPU for firefox. I tried playing with hardware acceleration in FF settings. I tried also creating a new profile in my browser. Some of those things did not help. Some of them helped for some time and the issue came back. Ofc my FF is up 2 date. Im out of ideas here. And ofc on Chrome maps are working without issues. Does anyone have any idea what my be the problem here, or what I could do to resolve that, because switching into Chrome in 9 out of 10 cases when I need to use google maps is pretty annoying.

i am not a computer knowledgeable person, as I am 84 years old, and do not understand or know how to make the changes that are constantly being made. Please help me make sure everything is set up correctly for the current rules and that the computer is secure, as I discuss monetary issues with many of my clients. When directions are offered, I often find it impossible to follow them, as whatever they tell me does not show up, or is not found on my screen. I have a relatively new computer, maybe a year old, so i am sure the problem is with me, and not the computer.

Always on the mobile app and sometimes on my computer browser I'm having to go into advanced settings and set the language to English there for almost every search even though I have my preferred language set to English in Firefox, and my google search settings say they're set to only English.

It somewhat made sense when I had a Mexican sim card in my phone, but now I'm in Belize where the official language is English, with a Belize sim card, and it's still happening. I speak some Spanish so for simpler things I can go with it, but not for everything and it's getting really annoying.

Has anyone encountered this and know what's up?

Updated my Win 11 laptop with latest changes and find the fonts on pages and on tabs is all messed up. I've tried Settings to choose larger size, set defaults to Arial and/or Arial Round .... does not help.

How do I either fix this, or undo this update, or is there a fix coming ASAP??

I've asked about this before but got no help Firefox is my browser of choice. Occasionally, I find in necessary to use Chrome.

The vast majority of time, when are both are active at the same time, one or both crash, like today. Firefox closed abruptly, then the crash report appeared. I have the crash report. Chrome froze up, and had to be shut down in Task Manager.

It only occurs in this scenario. Rarely does Firefox crash otherwise.

Can someone please advise where to go to get help?

The article update 2 days ago indicates that there are three vertical dots to the right of the URL address filed that can be used to add a website to home screen...mine doesn't have the three dots...my browser is up to date

Hello, the Secure Connection Failed started up after one of your recent updates. It is affecting News Max and my banks internet banking software. Both sites work fine in MS Edge. The fix I read on your site said to try this: "In the Location bar, type about:config and press Enter. The about:config "This might void your warranty!" warning page may appear.

   Click I'll be careful, I promise! to continue to the about:config page.
   copy the next security.ssl.enable_ocsp_stapling and paste it in the search field
   double-click on it to make it false
   close the page, exit firefox and restart it. "

Doesn't work for me. What else can I try?

What's the recommended way to update the product globally across Windows and Mac? This would include users with various versions installed but I would rather not download each. Is there a single update command that could be run without user intervention?

How do I get rid of the articles that pop up on my opening page for Firefox, things like an article from Smithsonian about monkeys or how to sleep better. They are very interesting but I find myself going down the rabbit hole and I need to delete them. How? Thanks.

Hi, I am reporting that videos on Ebay do not play correctly when using Firefox. I am a business seller on ebay and have just spent £900 on a professional product video for our 1000s of listings. I have used Firefox as my browser for many years. However I have discovered that when viewing product videos on ebay on a laptop/desktop, the videos are significantly reduced in size for 3 or 4 seconds with part of a dialogue box showing and then suddenly increases in size (still not full size though). Very unprofessional looking, very glitchy, very ugly. It would discourage sales rather than encourage them. Please investigate and fix asap. My Desktop crashed and I had to do a complete reset and reinstall of Windows Ten that deleted all my personal data. [It was a problematic event]

Now, when I attempt to load certain pages like Gab.com or Facebook it states that JavaScript must be enabled. But, after checking about:confif gor javascript it is, in fact, enabled.

This is a recent thing in the last few weeks, My aux speakers (via headphone jack) work normally with all audio output except when using firefox. The sound on any video I play via firefox gets sent to my laptop speakers, not to the aux spearkers. Changing the laptop audio output settings does nothing. The sound is output properly with other browsers. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

I have been a devoted Firefox users for many years. Just in the past week or so I have started having multiple tabs crash daily and now am getting 1 or 2 blue screens a day. I run on Windows 11 Pro. What can I do to help this issue?
