I run Nord vpn, I always exit FF with a bunch of open tabs so I can continue where I left off. When I launch my vpn I either get a page with Secure Connection Failed, or sometimes your something about forbidden. My nephew told me it could have something to do with "keep alive" and the vpn doesn't know the same route is no longer available until it tries to send data. He says there are settings for keep Alive connection or to shorten the connection duration.

once in a while when I fire up my vpn it will load new tabs without issue, usually I have to keep turn Nord on and off until I finally works.

I continually get error messages for webpages. I turn off my VPN, clear my history. Not sure what else I need to do. Last one was the webpage for Lindt Chocolate. Come on. Why am I getting error messages for this? I have been on this page before. There are other places also, like Macys. Getting fed up with Firefox.

When I was trying to sing in to bit defender I ended up wiht this mozilla package. why did the bit defender have a statement questioning reliability using an ad-on?

I have just setup a new desktop computer which has the latest versions of Firefox and AVG Free.

Firefox is not working properly, sometimes not completely loading pages, images or is not loading pages at all.

If I disable the AVG Web Shield Setting “Enable QUIC/HTTP3 scanning” then Firefox behaves normally.

The build of AVG Free is 26.3.10886.974 and the version of Firefox is 149.0.2.

I recently re-installed FireFox after I suddenly had problems that the profile folder could not be accessed. I uninstalled it, then reinstalled it using the download from Mozilla website. This fixed the profile issue. I am using the latest version. Now, I find that most of the time, cnn.com won't load: I see messages on the bottom left corner that it is connecting to all sorts of web sites, in particular it tends to get stuck on "Sending request to signal-metrics-collector-beta.s-onetag.com" . I don't know if it eventually loads, I give up after about 1 minute. In Chrome, cnn.com loads instantly. In Firefox, BBC.com loads instantly. Microsoft.com loads instantly. I have installed the same extensions as before. I started FireFox with all of them turned off, no difference. As I mentioned, it does not load MOST of the time - once in a while it loads instantly, but later on the problem reoccurs. >What is wrong with FireFox and why won't it load CNN as quickly as before? I am using Firefox on Windows 11, I have Malwarebyes installed. Thanks, Adriaan

hello team, I currently locate in China. days ago i have tried a vpn called "Veee". since then i could not log in many websites. i have asked Veee team but they say they dont know. it really sucks. i also asked AI tool but none of the method works. i think the vpn has changed some settings of my Firfox. because i can actually log in those websites with Edge. but i only want to use firefox. the errors either "cant connect" or something like refusing my access. please help. i love you guys.

When I attempt to search on Mozilla Firefox I get this message from Norton, my antivirus software provider: "We prevented your connection to rini.drorinat.com because it is a dangerous webpage:URL:Phishing" This has only happened in the last few days. I am offered no sites - just this message from Norton. How can I solve this, as Norton does not appear to offer a solution, though I have messaged them on their site.

Jetzt hatte ich die Meldung erhalten " der Treiber cpuz419_x64.sys konnte nicht installiert werden wegen möglicher Virus-Gefährdung", als Abhilfe wurde angeboten die Ker-Sicherung auszuschlaten. Das habe ich mir nicht getraut. Als weitere Info erschien eine Seite, auf der "Windows10" unterstrichen war. Könnte das alte Profil dem Rechner vorgaukeln, dass ich Windows 10 nutze?bold text

Hello. I'd wriitten a few days ago about being blocked from firemountaingems.com I got help from Issis B. and was able to browse the site by turning off the VPN temporarily. Today, I am again blocked even with the temporary turn off of the VPN.

Is there a way you can show me easily step by step, how to exclude certain sites from the VPN permanently.

I was in contact with Bitdefender Support and they suggested the following:

If Facebook still won't open, open Bitdefender and:
  - Go to Protection > Online Threat Prevention > Settings.
  - Turn OFF "Encrypted Web Scan" temporarily.
  - Now reload Facebook in Firefox.

Afterwards, I also had to click on "Messenger" to get all my contacts.

This is temporary since before FF 150, Bitdefender ran with "Encrypted Web Scan", and I had no problem in loading Facebook. So something that changed in FF 150 conflicts with Bitdefender's "Encrypted Web Scan".

My personal computer's Firefox says the browser is controlled by enterprise. I have no enterprise.

How does this Enterprise policy get set? And how can I remove it?

Every new version of firefox just gets slower and slower. Now with version 152.4, I try to load a website, it just continuously tries to load, doesn't even if load the page just has those 3 dots to indicate it is loading. Nothing ever loads

I am starting to think switching from firefox is necessary at this point because no other browser has this issue like firefox. No other browser consumes a ridiculous amount of memory like firefox does.

I did adjustments to my anti-virus as recommended, did the settings changes on firefox to speed it up as recommended, still same issue.

When you guys create a new update, please focus on speed over security and ensure it loads faster. I am likely going to revert back to an older update or switch browsers, because I don't care about security so much as actually loading a website.
